    ATTENTION: (I'm a truck driver)
This hotel is great! The staff is courteous and professional. The beds are so comfortable and they give you plenty of towels. I've stayed here plenty of times and they're consistent.
Bruce, the suttle driver, is my favorite. He goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience.
The hotel is right next door to Walmart and a move theatre. You're also within walking distance to a plaza that has a nail shop and restaurants.
The breakfast in the morning includes eggs, waffles, sausage, cereal, yogurt, water, juice, muffins, etc.
Make your reservations as soon as possible because the rooms get booked very fast, especially on the weekends, do not procrastinate.
Hope this review helps and welcome to the Dallas area!

Update. 2017(See my previous review below)
    Cheap, truck stop.
Over the last 6 years the price for this place has went down and down and with it the quality.
The breakfast menu now is unpredictable and sub par, the coffee is mediocre and barely warm.
The hotel has people walking, talking, and thumping at all hours of the night.
The jacuzzi did not work for most of the time we were there, according to some regular guest it is often broken.
We had to move after the first night because our room was infested with bed bugs.
The old staff is still trying but at the current rate this will be a hotel for hookers and hobos in just a few years. The main customers now are trucking companies.

Best bang for the buck! Excellent breakfast, good choice of coffee.
Multiple locations nearby to shop, and eat, most within walking distance.
    The Jacuzzi is always hot.
Fairly quiet Hotel, with airport shuttle, the beds are starting to get a little old. But the rooms are comfortable, with a mini fridge coffee maker and microwave. Coat hanger rack. Good hot water in the tub and shower.

Close to the airport; convenient after a 11:50 pm flight arrival. Good a/c, hot water, comfortable bed.

Kristin (the front desk clerk) was rude and unaccommodating. She didn't seem to know how to smile and her surly attitude is not good for initial impressions and as the "face" of this Best Western. The rooms are small, unimpressive and, the one we unfortunately stayed in, had roaches (would not have been so bad if they would have split the price of the room). I have stayed in hotels all over the DFW Metroplex and this is the most disappointing hotel I have visited.

Hotel stay was decent I had a suite . Breakfast was great but I did have some concerns of safety because I saw a lot of homeless people out side sleeping. Not a good location. I also noticed a heavy set black african lady walking back and fourth to the. Office speaking with the van driver and different men in and out her room. I was informed by staff that she was a prostitute which makes sense why I saw different men coming to her door. One of the employees also told me she was in a relationship with the staff named Fred. I think they say her name is Tia. Pretty sad

BEWARE OF THIS PLACEITS A HOOKERS HOME
They have a known prostitute that lives at this property. She's a plus size African American woman that walks back and forth to the office and to the neighboring stores. We stayed next door and my kids noticed several guys throughout the day/night entering her room, staying approximately 30-45 mins and leaving. I can't remember her exact room number but on the side of the building facing the 7/11 corner store, upstairs, exactly at the staircase. My wife witnessed her hanging with the employees (staff) there at the hotel & engaging in "friendship" type conversations for long periods of time with the staff as well. It appears that she has become quite the "hostess" around there at the hotel and is very welcoming with the guys. I've been to this hotel twice this year and she is always there on the property. One of the staff showed me her prostitution ad on Backpage and it blew my mind that the upper management knows of her activities and allow it on property.

    Bed bugs! Stay away!

After several months of them making offers to keep us quite and pull all of our online reviews, we are still refusing! We are right to expose this. It is our right to do so. We physically suffered because we were in that room for less than an hour! Love on, do not stay here.

Should have known when we pulled in and saw police we were in for a long night. We were first put into a bad smelling room, quickly moved upstairs where and were followed by two men who hung outside our room for 20-30 minutes. We then spent most of the time at the pool before coming back and getting ready for bed. The tv had no kids channels and only went up to a set volume that couldn't be heard if you had a fan on. The front desk staff was no help as no one told her what channels were available or anything.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel on March 22, 2017 and putting it nicely, I will never stay at a Best Western Hotel again.. The staff was very unprofessional. We chose this hotel because it offered airport transportation and we were able to leave our vehicle in the parking area for a decent price. Obviously the really good bundle package was too good to be true. Well, upon arrival, we were told that the shuttle only ran certain hours so we were left to find a taxi to come pick us up last minute. So there was an extra $35 to take us to the airport. (defeated the purpose of choosing a hotel that offered airport transportation.) When we got back from our trip and needed a shuttle to pick us up from the airport, the shuttle driver was absolutely awful and VERY unprofessional.. He was so rude! He looked at our one bag of luggage and said to my husband "I'll let you have the honors of picking that up." which is fine that we have to pick up our own luggage because it's heavy but it was the condescending tone that came with his statement.. So not only was it his statement, but his driving was terrible and felt really unsafe! He made my husband and I feel really uncomfortable and like we were an inconvenience.. I won't even get started about our return to the lobby to talk to the receptionist to make sure she didn't need anything more from us before we got in our truck and left.. Overall BAD EXPERIENCE. Will never use again or recommend this hotel to anyone.

It was a really big room 2 TVs. Drain was slow in shower.. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Need to be first or last not in the middle. Pool was nice in and out style. Not excited about the outside entry to my room. More of a down the inside hall kinda traveler. But still nice.

Nice room & good breakfast. I didn't use the pool, fitness room or the little office setup there with a laptop for internet. Delia made my stay even better by her customer service.

Pool/spa courtyard is a nice place to hang out. Amazing tacos at the gas station nearby. Rooms are nice aside from the smoke smell and the bed being surprisingly hard. The fitness room even has a pull up bar!

Front desk personnel were nice. I arrived with my wife and baby late at night and exhausted. They put us in their "suite" and it wreaked of cigarettes (even though it's non smoking). They kindly moved us to another room upstairs that wreaked of something equally as bad. It smelled as if they completely covered the carpet with some powder to mask the existing stench, to the point of burning our noses. The TV picture was distorted, so we couldn't watch anything and the BEST part of all this, is that every 5 minutes you have the airplanes taking off and screaming past your room. Keep looking, this place has multiple issues and you won't be satisfied
