Good and cheap place to stay. All the amenities you need for long term. Extremely close to the Saw Mill River Parkway and Interstate 87.

Rooms are spacious, and clean. I sleep well. For the price this place exceeded my expectations. We had no complaints with the rooms. Only thing I didn’t like was the continental breakfast - too many starches & not enough other options.

Looked a lot better in pictures. Room hadn't been serviced before we checked in and got our key. Room facilities are good, staff was generally friendly. Good price. Traffic in the area, however, is a nightmare with construction. Located near a train station, which is good. Would stay again.

So far my daughter and I are pleased with your establishment. Rooms nice and comfortable. Breakfast quite satisfying(good choices). We shall keep you in mind for another visit.

Unfortunately all the renovations done to the rooms can't renovate bad management. The owner, manager, staff are cold, nasty, and merciless to customers.
Because he's got a great location, spent quite a bit upgrading an old motor inn & lowers the rate $10 below the nearest competition, he's never short on comers.
So, it gives him license to run it like a monarch. Don't request, speak or ask anything that is deemed to management out of the ordinary - or else.
I've given the motel my business twice.
The first I dismissed as a bad day, the 2nd time, simply unforgivable. Not only for how I was treated, but how I observed others as well. I now know it's (bad) business as usual.response / report this review -

Nice Hotel/ Motel. Modern rooms and clean. Very quiet and remote. Has a hide away, movie set feel to it. Very inexpensive. Safe area. Tv, microwave, fridge in room. Nice staff. Been there twice already. My getaway retreat from the city, like being in the country.

A subpar experience due to an incredibly uncomfortable bed with pilling blankets and cigarette smell coming from outside. The complementary wifi was so slow that it took a couple minutes to load Gmail. The room came with a musky smell and was too humid to bear, and the refrigerator came preloaded with a box of baking soda to try to deodorize it I assume. A tip for next time, don't leave your cleaning supplies in the room after you clean it.

Same room set-up as seen in motels across the country. Room was clean when arrived and was cleaned each day. Very quiet location. Almost no noise from road traffic. Limited breakfast selection (no waffles) and nowhere to sit.

My nieces treated the family for their mothers birthday in July of 2014. Beautiful and upscale with food to die for. If you want to go for a special treat and enjoy wonderful and service this is the place. Italian dishes that will transport you to Italy. Love this place
