Complete disappointment. We have had family come visit and stayed here having a wonderful experience. After moving out of state, we returned and stayed for 6 nights. The service from staff was fine. The condition of the room for the price was disappointing. Fortunately, family members stayed on the side with a nicer view facing Bloomingdale road.

Customer service is this hotel's strong point! From the moment you walk in the door until the moment you leave they want to make sure you are comfortable and have every detail of your stay attended to! There are always staff available to help you, and should an issue arise they see to it IMMEDIATELY! I travel a LOT for work and I have to stress how impressed I was with all the staff from the valets to the restaurant manager! I will definitely stay here and recommend this facility to colleagues in the future!

The room was fine, king bed. View of a large construction(dirt pit) site was interesting . Large tv, many lighting options. Easy temp controls. Nice pillows, mattress was so so. Bedding was okay. Location was nice, service was okay. Prices were high for food at dinner, food was overly salted and not hugely flavorful.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, conference ready and easy to get to and a parking garage. The rooms are clean and modern, pool and exercise rooms, gift shop all nice. I'm a bit disappointed with their food - underwhelmed, and expensive. Outside choices are accessible on foot. Nice neighborhood.

I attended a professional conference at the Crowne Plaza. Signs were clearly posted and breakfast was well done. Bathroom facilities were clean and convieniently located. Conference room and chairs were not very clean, but otherwise a good experience. Located walking distance to shopping, restaurants and highway. Parking was in a garage on the property.

Stayed for two nights, we didn't want any room service because we have 2 kids but the maids were kind enough to give us fields and coffee restock. Everyone was warm and inviting. We had breakfast at the restaurant and the waiter was wonderful with the kids. There's a mall across the street, which is a plus in case you forget something.

Shuttle to the white plains airport. Clean rooms. Refrigerator was in room no microwave. Good places to eat of you walk 10 min down the road. Nice area.

Have stayed here many times for work and have been pleasantly surprised every time. It is in a great location in White Plains, close to many restaurants and the freeways. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. I have stayed in rooms on many floors, but my last stay was on the Club Level, and it was great! The room had been recently renovated and the bathroom was fantastic, especially the shower! The breakfast in the restaurant can be a bit repetitive, but overall this is a great business hotel in White Plains.

The bed was a little too soft and the pillows were a little too hard. The service at the bar was good and the service at the buffet in the morning was very good. This is my second stay there.

You don't have too many choices of hotels to choose from in White Plains. Crowne Plaza is perhaps the best one or at least one among the better ones. Reception Staff is friendly. Rooms are basic and old style but clean and spacious (Though wardrobe space is limited). Breakfast is limited to fruits, bakery, cereals and some local dishes but overall good. Though they can do better by including Latte etc for free in breakfast. They charge separately for it even if breakfast is included in the room rent. On a positive side, they offer free shuttle to major offices in the area such as Mastercard, Pepsi etc. Overall decent value for money and comfortable but nothing great.
