I arrived at the hotel fairly late in the day and was greeted with a very friendly, professional front desk staff. My room was clean and everything was as it should be. The bed was extremely comfortable. The shower had excellent water pressure. When I awoke in the morning I was able to see that the location of the hotel had a phenomenal view of Yonkers area being located at the top of a hill. Breakfast was delicious and the staff serving the breakfast was cheerful and very, very helpful. This location will be one that I will use again when I am in the area. When I had arrived the night before I was given the option of parking on either side of the hotel. At the time I was driving a 26-foot truck and the parking was ideal for what I was driving. This is an excellent choice for anyone passing through the area. Being on the road during the holiday season I found the hotel nicely decorated and extremely inviting. Enjoy!

Clean, updated appearance, everything was in very good shape. Breakfast was very good (especially since its included). I'd prefer a larger pool and/or a hot tub and the weight room could use larger dumbbells but I'm not convinced either investment would drastically increase their traffic or pricing as itty might not be worth it. (Almost no hotels have big dumbbells.) The lack won't prevent me from going back: it was clearly well managed and that's the most important thing in a hotel!

Clean, pretty quiet, easy to find. The people that work there are so nice and helpful. There are many amenities, but I just wanted to sleep. A great, free breakfast starting at 6am, and I was on the road. Great place!

The staff was super friendly and very willing to help me out. Had a small issue with the heat in my first room. They were going to just fix it but instead upgraded me at no cost. True customer service. I'm looking forward to my next visit.

We stayed at the one in Yonkers, NY on Corporate Blvd. The hospitality was great. The rooms were nice with very, very comfortable beds and NO BED BUGS! Trust me I thoroughly check both beds. Overall we had a very nice comfortable stay.

Hampton Inn is absolutely amazing! The staff is extremely friendly, helpful and go out of their way to provide excellent customer service! I would love to stay there again and would recommend this hotel to everyone who may be visiting Yonkers.

Staff is always friendly and rooms are always clean. Breakfast is what you would expect but it's free. They always treat their diamond members well which is nice considering more and more places don't care anymore.

Do not stay here. This property is infested with BED BUGS!!!! They will not tell you. They will expose you to it without your consent. All they did was put covers over the mattress to consume the infestation. They need to be shut down and a professional needs to be brought in to remove the infestation. This is ridiculous and unsanitary. My family has to wash and dry everything all over just so we don't bring it home, or to our friends and families homes or even the kid's school. The workers are the ones who told me about the bed bugs so the hotel is definitely aware of the infestation.

As always the staff and facility was outstanding. From the moment I stepped in the front door your Yonkers staff made me feel like I was home. Emma and the rest of the front desk crew. We thoughtful and very helpful. The cleaning was meticulous and the breakfast was great.

The room was very clean and the hotel was nice. We were impressed at how pet-friendly the hotel was, even though we did not bring our dog. We would be very happy to use them again, bringing our dog.

This hotel has become my "home away from home" the kind and very considerate staff are an added BONUS to the comfortable and spacious rooms and very attractive property. I've had an enjoyable stay each time I've come here.

When i first walked into Hampton Inn i was greeted with a smile and a sincere hello! Checking in was no problem. In the lobby i was surprised to find a huge lounge area for the Continental breakfast and socializing. Flying above and beyond, offering a pool and a 24 hour gym, Hampton Inn and Suites Yonkers did not disappoint! The room was very spacious with ample storage for out luggage, the same can be said of the bathroom. After we settled into our room, we had to go out for a collared shirt. With just being in the area for a funeral we had no idea where to look. Fortunately for us, the madam at check in was able to follow suit and completely blow us away with her knowledge of the surrounding area, effortlessly directing us to a nearby mall. Quite the overall wonderful experience. I would sincerely recommend Hampton Inn and Suites Yonkers to any looking for a friendly, refreshing atmosphere on your vacation, business meeting or whatever else may bring you to their open, welcoming arms.

We had a horrible experience at the Marriott, so we went to the Hampton Inn which is 5 minutes down the rd, we were greeted with kindness, chris the manager was wonderful, and his coworker Ina, was just as nice. The suite was clean and spacious. Pool was also nice, there is a gym as well. In the morning there us a breakfast from 6 to 10. We have recommended the Hampton Inn, to all our friends and family, we will be choosing the Hampton every time now.

It was okay. The staff is amazing, but the experience was nothing too impressive. The room want ready when we got there, the room was never cleaned. Little things like that bright the rating down. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious.
