I went to this Apple Store to specifically purchase a new Iphone with an automatic upgrade applied to the purchase of the phone. This did not happen and I only found that out when it was time for an upgrade. I was told I was not in the program. Then recently I went to another Apple Store because I have the “slow running” rapid-battery-drain situation. Do you know what? My phone doesn’t even exist in their system!

Yes, I am an older single woman (well, old woman). I am unusually tech savvy for a person my age, but I am often treated in places like Apple, Best Buy, Verizonas if I were invisible. This was an example of that happening. The salesperson at Apple was so busy talking with his cronies and flirting, he did not focus on what I specifically requested.

    Disappointed.

I am absolutely amazed by the service provided to me. To start off, I called to schedule an appointment and they were very nice. When I went to this apple store I was helped by Bayron. All I can say is he is extremely talented, polite, and enthusiastic! I really do not understand the bad reviews. He was able to fix my phone and I am very satisfied with my experience at this apple store. 😊

I have to say that, of course, I’ve had fairly good experiences with Apple products. They have a history of being simple, powerful, and easy to use. However, Apple is turning to built-in-obsolescence, meaning only build it good enough to last until the next model comes out, forcing you to upgrade. Besides deliberately slowing down older phones (google it) they fail to adequately repair phones insured by their AppleCare Plus option. My battery is now only holding a charge for an hour. I called Apple customer service and tried to get a replacement. I paid extra for Apple-care(less) plus, meaning “I’m covered” in case of accidents or needed repairs. Yet, they couldn’t help me, I had to go to a store. “Alright, no problem” I tell myself, “I’ll just drop by a store and someone can help me, because that’s what they agreed to do when I paid twice as much for a premium product, plus a little extra for insurance.” Wrong. I go to the store and it’s a 7 hour wait to get it looked at. 7 hours! Who can afford to wait around a store for 7 hours? If your time is worth $15 an hour that’s $105. I’m not going to spend over a hundred dollars in time on top of the $80 deductible, plus the initial $150 for them to fulfill their coverage. “Well, I’ll set an appointment then” I jauntily told myself. Oh, it’ll be a week out. A week. Either I sit at a store for 7 hours or I wait a week to get a functioning phone because their battery went bad. Pretty $%!++^ options. Apple has stopped caring about their customer’s experience. If you can, it might be worth it to switch to a competitor.

Lots to do and eat. Came for the Apple store, food, and a date.

Had a great time, walked around a bunch and enjoyed the Christmas decorations.

We came to this store with the intention of buying an Apple watch. The man that was supposed to help us took our name, asked us to wait, and never came back. While it was a busy store, he seemed quite satisfied helping someone else. Went to Costa Mesa and we were treated spectacularly, quite the opposite from the Victoria gardens store.

Love this store! A talented 21 yr old Jose who only 3 mo in the job was able to help me solve a big problem tonight right before the store closed. I was able to send the edited videos with titles and style to my editor timely. An experience like this just made you feel that life is beautiful. Thanks again!

I ordered my new phone online and had it shipped to this store, it said it would be ready for pick up on Thursday. I call on Thursday to verify it is there before I go to pick it up and the representative that answered the phone told me it wasn't there yet and when I asked him around what time their orders usually get there, he says he doesn't know. Then I ask him when would be a good time to call back and check, he says he doesn't know. Finally, I ask him to speak to someone who knows something and he transfers me to the repair center. -_- I finally get transferred to a manager who then tells me my phone is in fact at the store but they have not separated the pallet that it came on so it was not ready for pick up. He said they would send an email when it was readyI have yet to receive anything and they will be closing soon. I bet if I called to purchase something expensive I would get somebody who knew something and someone willing to help. I'd recommend going somewhere else for your Apple needs because these people don't know shit and they absolutely do not care.

NEGATIVE ZERO is more the rate for them. Terrible Terrible Terrible service!! In order to fix beats pill/ headphones they wanted to charge $200 each when I told the girl that's how much they cost brand new she says yeah pretty much that's our policy. I had another pair of beats headphones that also don't work and she said I would have to wait to talk to someone else waited for 30 minutes and no one else came. I just left the store. Will never buy beats again. Terrible quality/service!!

They need to extend the time they say they will assist you. I've walked into this store 3 times within the last month and every time they say 1 hour it's really 2, when they say 2 hours it's really 3 hours. Even if wait time can be up to 1 hour, it would be safe to say wait time is 1.5 hours.

This Apple Store location is absolutely amazing. I brought my iMac (Late 2013) in along with my Apple Magic Mouse, since the mouse had some issues. As soon as I came in, I was welcomed by one of the workers, then after a short wait at the Genius Bar, I got somebody to look at my mouse. They trird it out, and noticing that it did not work, they replaced it immediately. Also, I was looking for some RAM modules, and they said that the Apple modules are overpriced and got me estimates of really good, yet affordable RAM modules.

I had great service and everyone was extremely helpful. I enjoyed this location, they do get pretty busy at times so make an appointment or come very early. If you need to get anything fixed it requires patience and a good attitude you'll be fine. It's situated near a Starbucks and eateries so take you time because it does get busy at times

This Apple Store is particularly busy all of the time. They always have appoints booked through the day and constant walk in's with technical issues. My experience has been mixed with this location. They typically are always behind schedule when you have an appointment but their customer service is second to none. They always take their time and make sure you're getting the right thing. When I went to pickup a computer recently it was absolutely hassle free. I would highly recommend this place if you want the right and accurate information when making a decision on a new purchase.

Customer service is really great they go over every little detail and are very knowledgeable about their apple products. CON is the damn appointment system they got set up here. If you come late which might be possible even if you show up on time, you are going to have to reschedule since they are always booked for that day. Huge lines before you can check in are a certainty so I recommend coming at least 20 minutes earlier than you expect. Came early one day and the Rep told me to wait 10 minutes someone will be with me shortly, waited 30 minutes until I had to speak up about my appointment, turns out she forgot to check me in Wow! Overall superior customer service, bad appointment system
