This is a pretty nice Hotel, rooms are clean and the lobby area is nice. They have food and beverage for sale at the counter and their breakfast is pretty decent.

Great feeling hotel, right by all the food and types of food you could want. Not far from the NOS event center, under 15 min. Only gripe is that the pull out bed of the sofa was a single, when we had a room for 4 guys. The bed was very comfortable and the AC worked well. Room was nice sized, enough for 4 people to hang out in. I would definitely recommend this hotel for the next show out there.

I have stayed at this hotel for several months when working with a local client. Staff is always friendly and make you feel welcomed. I plan to continue to stay there when I. Town for the duration of my client engagement.

Rooms are definitely showing some age, but still clean and comfortable. Front desk had excellent service. Conveniently located to just about anywhere you need to get to in SNL Bernardino

Rooms were clean, all the usual amenities, close to shops, series, food and the interstate. Wi-Fi was fast but network is not password protected so sure at your own risk. Breakfast had a great selection and all of the good was good. Food service area was very clean and the attendant never missed a beat. She was always cleaning something it refilling something. Guest services was accommodating and friendly. The bathroom door would not stay open, so they bathroom was always humid and hot. They didn't have a small lighted mirror so I could sit at the desk and apply my makeup, but this was not a show stopper. It would have been nice though. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and have zero serious complaints.

Check out time at 12. Room service was at my door at 10 & 11! My only complaint! Clean and comfortable room! Best A/C ever!!!

Average hotel room, clean and well maintained, seems like a fairly safe area. Breakfast isn't that great but at least there is a waffle maker. Rooms are reasonably sized but if you're staying more than a couple days or have kids you may want to opt for the residence inn for more space and better amenities. The pool is indoors and we'll kept but really tiny, as is the fitness room but its also right next door to a 24 hour fitness. I would stay here again if in the area and would recommend for others.

Rooms are about what you'd expect in a mariott. Service has been good, front desk is professional and room service has been tidy. Location is nice as there are a bunch of good restaurants very close.

Just checked in all i wanted to do was relax .. i walk in to food, blood stains , white crust , and splatters of who knows what all over the cushions . I call the front office to speak to a manager to no surprise there is no manager in the building.. they have one employee working the whole hotel on a holiday weekend .

Great stay! Clean rooms. Overall, my favorite part was the breakfast staff who worked so hard to keep the area clean and stocked. Keep up the good work!
