Had a business before hrs event there today. Well done event, good food. Thank you.
First time Honda buyerLove it! Word to the wise - see Stephanie Dilts.
she is very knowledgeable, set up electronics to our preferences and
patiently explained them to us. She got the deal that we wanted and was so easy to deal with. Usually, I get a headache just approaching the dealerships as it is an ordeal. Not this time! Go to Appletree Honda!
This review will seem very odd, since I didn’t get my hoped-for trade-in appraisal nor did I leave with the car I wanted.
But I want to let readers know how well I was treated by Jonathan and the rest of the preowned staff yesterday. What might have been awkward or disappointing was made easy and friendly. They worked hard to make the pricing work on both ends, but we all came up short. They were honest about it, and my time was not wasted.
I will come back in future to work with them on a car purchase. Thank you for a positive experience!
I purchased our Acura TL in 2012 and have been dealing with Apple Tree since then. Mark Chapman in the Service Department has been great, professional and easy to work with when dealing with services. Recently Mark went out of his way to provide us a great service when we had an issue with the original paint job. Acura made it right and we are forever grateful. Thank you Mark for your help.
My husband and I recently bought our 3rd Accord from Apple Tree. It was another great experience. Devin Barrett was wonderful to deal with, knowledgeable and friendly. They gave me top dollar for my trade-in. I couldn't be happier with my new car. Everyone we dealt with made us feel comfortable and at ease.
I bought a new Honda Fit on September 25. They charged me for an add-on that was supposedly on the car. I pointed that the item was not there to my salesperson within days. Almost two weeks later I am waiting for a refund and have been told it could be possibly a week more. So they charge for a nonexistent item and require me to keep after them for a refund for that falsely listed item. I wonder if they would be so cavalier about someone not properly paying them.
This place is a rip off!!!!! Don't go there if you need work done on your car. They tried to have me replace all of my rotors and brakes when only two needed to be. I had them replaced for $200 working with a local mechanic. Apple tree was trying to charge $1100!! They try to take advantage of customers who don't know anything about cars. Before leaving I had to pay a $56 "brake inspection fee" that they didn't tell me about when I first brought my car in. Any local mechanic will give your car an "inspection" for free. I love my honda car, but this dealership is the worst I've ever come across. Never doing business there again.
While traveling with family for vacation we received a trouble indicator. After a quick google search I found Apple Tree Honda at the exit we were staying overnight. I called on a Friday night and they explained I could bring the car in early Saturday morning to have a diagnostic run. I checked in around 8:00 am (when they opened) and took a seat in the waiting area. Danny Owenby, the service advisor I dealt with, was wonderful! He was friendly, empathetic and thoroughly explained what would be done. Throughout my wait Danny would periodically stop in to give me updates on my car. After a couple hours Danny came to let me know the car was done. He explained the repair needed could not fully be completed during that visit but the technicians had replaced a few items that would allow my family and me to safely travel the remainder of the way. The repair would be under warranty and Danny gave me all the paperwork and parts needed to process the repair at the next dealer. No one wants to deal with problems while traveling but I cannot thank everyone at Apple Tree Honda enough. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND their service department!
We had a pretty good experience going to Apple Tree for an oil change and tire rotation. When we first called to make the appointment, we were sent to voicemail and had to leave a message. Amy did call back and got us scheduled reasonably quickly (minor points off for getting the spelling of my wife's name and the type of car wrong). We arrived a few minutes before our scheduled appointment. Brenda was courteous, efficient and detail-oriented. We waited longer than we expected for the service--just over an hour--so a few more points off. But Brenda did at least acknowledge and apologize for the wait. Total cost was about $2 more than we had previously paid at Forest City Honda, but well worth the difference for better service and the unexpected bonus of having our car washed and vacuumed. We had called Forest City first, but after four attempts to reach the service department and NO return call after leaving a voicemail, we are more than happy to choose Apple Tree from now on.
Elizabeth Wiggins was an awesome salesperson. Super friendly and very easy to talk to. Made sure to show us everything we wanted to see and answered all questions we had. She went above and beyond to try to help us get what we wanted. Definitely recommend her. Our entire experience with Apple Tree Honda was awesome. Would do business with again for sure.
We were on vacation from Ohio going to South Carolina. We stated in Ashville for a day of sightseeing. On the Blue Ridge Parkway, our van lost the alternator. We had our van towed to Apple Tree. Colby and Jason were excellent making sure our van was down for as little time as possible and helping us get a rental van while our was repaired. In less than 24 hours, our van was repaired, we were on the road, and we didn't miss out on any of our vacation. They made what could have been a disasters as easy to deal with as possible. They were miracle workers!
I have bought 9 cars in my life and this was hands down THE BEST car buying experience at a dealership that I have ever had. Mark Whitaker was my salesman and he was exceptional to work with. Mark was professional but yet easy going and not pushy. Mark had a wealth of knowledge about cars. Buying a car is usually a pain, but Mark made it feel like a stroll through the park. He even went as far as to look up other makes of cars with me to assure me that I was making the right decision and getting a great deal. I will not buy my next car from anyone else but Mark in the future.
My friends and family have both purchased a vehicle from this dealership and continue to use their service department for all vehicle needs because the staff are incredibly friendly and thorough. Customer service is important to us. Excellent service department!
The ladies in the office are snappy and rude. Google had their opening time listed as 9am so I said that to the lady when she was annoyed at me for not bringing my car in early enough in the morning and she literally said to me "um, honey, I've been working here for three years I think I know what time we open". I just feel like they should be a lot nicer to people than they are. The service people were good. Brenda was very sweet and efficient. She kept me informed of my cars progress and was very apologetic when my car had to stay another day unexpectedly.
