I know there are several reviews that are not so favorable of First Choice on here, and all I can figure is those folks did not go in there in need; They went in there with want. From the moment we pulled on the lot it was made clear they provide people with transportation. They don’t advertise or post their inventory because that’s not what they are about. Their company’s main goal is to help those in need of reliable transportation in a not so favorable situation. They are understanding, reasonable, and friendly to all, no matter what.

Danny Towe (pronounced Tao) was phenomenal from start to finish and was dealing with Bronchitis at that! He listened to our entire situation without cutting us off when a thought popped in his head. He had suggestions on getting insurance as well that worked out to our benefit. He is very humble and has found his calling in helping people find vehicles they can afford at First Choice. He introduced us to Stan in the Financing department. Stan was great! His favorite past time is giving Danny a hard time, and just chatting it up. Stan was amazing as well when it came to negotiating and helping us completely understand the ins and outs of the decisions we were about to make.

The long and short of it is… If you are in need of a good reliable vehicle and you KNOW that you are in a situation that is not the most favorable (be it credit, cash, age, life happening) go to First Choice. Don’t expect to have $100 a month car payments, but do go in there with the willingness to hear what they are saying to help you. I know it’s oxymoronic, but this used car dealership is not the typical sleazy used car dealership. Plus some of the biggest benefits are the 12month/12,000 miles Powertrain warranty; they report to the credit bureau every month (good or bad); and the loans are usually 3 years or less. They are good people helping good people. Thank you Danny, Stan, and everyone at First Choice!

I went here, asked for a part and got out with no problem at a very reasonable price. I was happy and satisfied!

This was the biggest waste of time I have ever encountered. I have had bad expericences with Hunter's main lot and their poor customer service and although my service with 1st choice was slightly better they are a scam. They mass mail promotions stating that credit whether it be good or bad they can help you get into a vehicle. Well the salesman said he could get me into a vehichle but my payments would be in the 400.00 range. Understanding my credit is not the best I turned to them one LAST time. This buisness is not customer oriented and is poorly ran and is a complete deception. Their mass mailings are something I am sure a lot of people fall for. BEWARE, they are not going to take you seriously or help you and make no bones about it. When they were located on Spartanburg Highway years ago when I was in my early twenties I was actuallly yelled at by one of their sales representatives. The time prior to that when I was invited to inquire on a first time buyer program at the age of 19 I waited for three hours unattended to. When I finally left another sales rep once again yelled at me and my friend for not letting them know I was leaving. Why wouldn't I leave if they couldn't process an application in three hours. This is the worst place to get a vehicle and I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this place. An elderly friend of mine went to buy a car there and upon reviewing the paperwork they had upped her payment over a hundred dollars which was not what was agreed upon. She refused the sale having a credit score of an 8. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with Hunter or 1st Choice Auto.

I wanted to look at the inventory I also came here from a different state. I was told they will not finance you if you do not have a NC license. I would hope being on your job here would be enough

If you are going to have a website then make it useful. Costumers want to narrow down their choices with a menu with make, model, etc. They want to see cars. The home should not be a pre-qualification for interest rates and the end game of buying a car. Useless home page. Big turn off
