Check in staff was nice. Room was not for the price but i cant complain the lady on duty was very accommodating

We had a wonderful visit. We were on a school band trip for a competition in Chattanooga Tennessee. The place was clean, comfortable & the staff was very nice. Their Hospitality was above and beyond.

Always stayed at Comfort inn in Dalton but they do not accept dogs any more. This hotel was wonderful. Employees helpful and kind. Doggie treat bag for my yorkie. Treat bag for us as well. New FAVORITE hotel.
Breakfast was very good and attendant was good as well. Lots offered including a breakfast to go! Ate on regular plates.

We stayed here on our way home from Tennessee. The rooms were very nice. The shower head was to die for. Will blast the shampoo right out of your hair, felt great after 12 hours of driving. The girl working the front desk was super nice.
The breakfast was great. Kids really loved it. But I hated seeing the sweet elderly lady that was working the breakfast area struggling to pick up eggs off the floor or trying to sweep it into a crappy dusty pan. I really wanted to buy her a commercial one so she wouldn't have to bend over and strain herself.
The only thing that was a little gross was the ton of fruit flies around the pool doors and elevator. And the pool and got tub water was really nasty. The kids swimsuits smelled like rotting flesh when we got home the next morning.

My family and I stayed here on our move from Michigan to Florida. We looked everywhere in the area for a pool open later than 10pm and luckily enough we found the Country Inn & Suites had theirs open until 12! We booked the hotel from a 3rd party site but accidentally booked for the wrong night. The front desk staff was super helpful and managed to fix the date so my kids were especially happy. The room was clean, there was a refrigerator and microwave, comfy beds, pool, pet friendly (we traveled with our cat who hated every part of traveling) but the breakfast was by far the best part of our stay! They had biscuits and gravy and waffles! We would stay there again! Great for traveling families. Again our kids loved the pool and hot tub! Happy kids + happy cat = sleep. Enough said.

We needed a place to stay one night, and the hotel met that need. The accommodations were average. The night staff was presentsometimes outside. The morning staff was very pleasant. The price we paid was definitely higher than the value.

Lovely place with nice staff! They just remodeled so everything looks really nice! Breakfast was yummy and their beds were comfortable The only thing is that the shower has a really high water pressure so if it's hot then its gets stuffy really fast!!! Other than that it's great! Also a note to the hotel: great remodeling! But is the window supposed to be able to be unlocked???

We stay here all the time! Connie and the ladies at the front desk are super nice. The rooms are clean and just updated. Lots of parking and very convenient to everything.

This hotel has potential to be nice. The tiny pool was barely enough for two families, and the rooms had strange and outdated furniture. I was going to sleep on the fold out couch bed, but when I pulled it out, I found a dead bug. The breakfast area was also very small in the morning, and only had eggs, waffles, sausage and muffins. It was free, but you can find better elsewhere for free as well. When I booked a room over the phone, I was surprised how easy it had been, only to discover that when I got there, they couldn't find my reservation so I had to get another room. The next day, I noticed they had now charged me twice! When I told them this at checkout, the young girl working there said that her manager didn't come in until 10am and she had to wait till then to fix it. I am still waiting two days later, luckily I had the money to spare. Also when I was there, the internet was down. This could have had something to do with the reservation system hiccup but it was just another annoyance. The chain seems like it could be nice, but this one was in disrepair and the staff seemed to be lacking.
