I had surgery at St. Joseph's nearby. This hotel made that so much easier. They transported me to the hospital and came for me that evening. I didn't have to worry about breakfasts for hubby and t.v. dinners available for him with frig and microwave in room. Handicapped parking near. Everyone so pleasant. I can't say enough good about Fairfield Inn.

So helpful with everything we could have needed while family was staying in at St. Joe's. They even had a shuttle hourly to and from the hospital. It was so convenient we extended our stay. Just wish the free breakfast was better

Very friendly housekeepers and breakfast ladies. Front desk is friendly and helpful however on day 3 of my 7 day stay they changed out the tv with geek squad but from on the remote was unable to give you a guide to knowing what new stations were offered. I checked the desk every day to see if they even bothered with a typed up menu.nope. No offer to attempt to fix that or estimate for when it would be fixed. Room was clean but they need to try a bit harder for solve easy fixes.

The location is perfect. Close to everything but far enough away from the noise. There is an IHOP right across the street in case you just want to grab something or miss breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay again. One more thingthe carpet in my room was really soft.

Clean Modern reasonably priced and located near chase field. Only negative staff is impatient. Checkout is at noon and at 915 was awoken when they entered the room to clean. Over the next 45 min I was inturupted an additional 3-4 times as they continued to try to enter to clean. This continued until shortly after 10 (reminder checkout is at noon) when management came to the door to remind me I only booked 1 night and needed to checkout at the front desk as soon as posible.

Great hotel, this is our go to place when we come to town. The front desk associate Frank, is super friendly and pays attention to detail, he is 9be 9f the best front desk people we have ever encountered. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

The hotel is very nice. The staff are helpful, and the breakfast is your standard hot breakfast meal. The only downside is that the bed are hard. Otherwise, it would be perfect.

I am very happy with the staff at Fairfield Inn and Suites. I set up a room block for my wedding with Fairfield and the staff was very helpful and the guests very much enjoyed their stay. We also utilized the conference room for our rehearsal dinner and the staff had it ready for us with water and coffee and were willing to help in any way we needed. The desk staff also passed out our welcome bags to our out of town guests upon check-in. All in all, the staff totally delivered!

Our room was never cleaned. We stayed for 2 nights! The reason as to why this occurred was never answered. I had to go down to the front desk for towels, coffee, trash bags (trash never taken out due to room not being cleaned), and toilet paper. The breakfast choices were healthy and the 24 hour coffee/tea in lobby was good. This hotel is good for those who want free WiFi, for a quick stay, and if you don't mind thin walls (you could hear other guests getting ready for the day). Oh, they put a massive hold on your bank card. Had to call the bank to release the funds.

Shuttle service downtown is free, great amenity!! Hotel was clean, grounds well kept

Somebody's Place similar to any Fairfield Inn in basically any City very much interchangeable clean quiet professional good place to bed down check out time is noon so that makes sleeping in an option. They have a little convenience store downstairs with water and Gatorade snacks and so forth. I think that makes it a lot easier
