The housekeeper/housekeepers enters your room rather you have a sign on the door "DO NOT DISTURB" also money have came up missing when they enter!

Absolutely horrible! Please, please do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. The room stank like an ashtray, mainly because there were mounds of ash strewn across the floor and under the bed. The pillows were stained yellow and the smoke detector gave off an incessant loud 'beep' approx every thirty seconds. My mouth tasted like cigarette after being in the room for a couple hours and the beeping was driving me mad. I checked out at 2am because I couldn't sleep and felt disgusting laying in that stinking room. I honestly regret trying to save a couple dollars by staying here. Please spend a couple dollars more and you will avoid dealing with the atrocious, apathetic service and save yourself from contracting whatever diseases may happen to be infecting the beds here.

Will prefer to have stayed somewhere else. Beds Were springy and had to argue with staff about a missing item from my room. However, the lady was most helpful and helped solve the issue. Rooms were updated but I prefer to sleep on a firmer bed top. Not just springs..

The furniture was old, the chair was stained, the fridge and microwave looked like it was at least 10 years old, the mattress was really uncomfortable, AND I GOT BIT BY BEDBUGS!!!! ALL OVER MY LEGS AND ARMS AND TORSO.

I called the hotel on Monday to let them know and was told by whoever answered the phone that they would leave a note for the manager. Didn't take my name or number or anything. Called back later that afternoon and it went straight to voicemail, I suspect that they blocked my phone number.

Overall, new paint and plank vinyl floors and new decor but still in an area that is super sketchy and come home with welts all over you from bedbug bites.

Between doctor's visits and having my apartment sprayed I'm out over $400 from this now

Totally remodeled! Nice! Great price. Clean. Staff was very nice!! Stay here instead of pricey downtown! Took me 5-6 minutes to get to historic district.

Good for the price. Our room had nice furniture including a rolling table the fit under the desk. The rolling chair was nice as well as the chair. It was nice to be able to hang up our clothes. TV was fixed to the wall all the way to right side of room. Would of been nice to be able to pull it out and adjust the angle for view from left side of bed. Light switches near bed and door were good. Room looked as expected and wouldnt mind using this location again if we go back. We had no issues!

Nice cozy.quiet.. I love this place.. Loved all the people.. Never met these people in my life and they made me feel right at homeespecially Tina.I'm gonna miss everyone.
