Royce provided better service than any 5 star hotel I've ever stayed in both here and abroad! The bottom floor rooms were booked because I arrived at almost midnight. I explained that I'd had recent back surgery so Royce brought the luggage carrier to my my car and loaded up everything. They're under renovation and the elevator wasn't working. Royce carried all my lugage up the stairs and into my room. His service didn't stop there!
His shift was over at 7am so he took the time to come to my room for a personal wake up knock no less than 3 times and at 7am he loaded up all my things again and put them in my car for me, checked me out so that I wouldn't have to go to the desk and gave me some water for my road trip.
He treated with the kindness, respect one would expect from a son in the military.
    THANK YOU ROYCE!!!

Absolutely horrible. I'm going to have nightmares after barely walking into this place. Smelled of rat poop and mothballs. There was cardboard on the walls and floor. The room didn't have a number sign, just paper with the printed number. There's no way on Earth I would have stayed here. Would have rather slept in my car. Awful. Awful. Awful.

It was a pretty standard room. Clean, cheap, and felt secure. The AC kicking on kept me up most of the night. Staff were extremely friendly, especially since we were one of the last that managed to secure a room during Irma evacuations.

The worst hotel definitely . I made a complaint because the lady that was serving breakfast did not wear gloves that is kind of unpleasant for me. would have to be more strict in that kind of thing! Deserves 0 stars on my opinion! 0⭐

Beds are extremely comfy. Best rest Ive had away from home, better than some 5 star rooms. I do have to second some other previous guests about door security on back of building (seemed outer doors hard to get to lock) and our hotel room door had to be pushed shut hard to stay latched from inside. We never were concerned about our safety, however, but this does need attention. Hotel staff great though and very friendly. Breakfast, while limited, was always very tasty!
    Loved the Belgian waffle makers!

Excellent customer service, spotless bathroom and quiet at night. Beds were comfortable, and the location is near a mini mart and Cracker Barrel. For $100 a night, I didn't mind the old carpet. The rooms are contemporary enough. If your only staying for a weekend, I highly recommend this place.

The customer service was great! The room and hotel (though it was an older building) was very clean and it smelled great. I was disappointed that the pool was out of service. Also, the breakfast was a little lacking. It needed more warm foods and tastier options. Overall, the place was very nice.

Attended Gnome Con (a regional gaming convention). The space shuttle used were clean and comfortable. A few areas were s little cold due to no heating.

Great location off I-95. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good too. The bathrooms were dated but perfectly clean. Would definitely go back if I had the chance

It was very clean and quiet. The housekeeping staff was also very polite. They spent roughly an hour cleaning the room next to me. As far as booking a room goes though, good luck. We needed a room for 5 days but could only get one for 2 because supposedly they were booked, but the back parking lot was always empty and some of the room windows were open and inside everything was covered in plastic. After reading reviews on most of the motels in Savannah I've come to the conclusion that it's a shady place in general when it comes to booking a room. It's almost like they don't want any business.
But as far as the cleanliness and friendliness of this Ramada, I definitely give it 5 stars.
