Great for the price overall. the room itself was spacious and it was clean. The tv is outdated but it works and like i said for the price it’s still decent. The breakfast is a standard breakfast but that was also pretty good too. Other than the mold in the bathroom and toilet roll holder being broken (which is why it received two stars due to the quality for the price ) it was a quiet and nice hotel.

This hotel is horrible.. The decor of the room was the only thing nice.. But our bathroom in our room looked like they haven't cleaned it in months.. The shower you had to wear shower shoes because it was so filthy, the sink still had soap residue and toothpaste from before, and omg the toilet..😷😷 I did not use at all the toilet seat looked horrific.. Me and another guest had to walk across the street to another hotel to use there restrooms.. I was so Uncomfortable I just left after the first night and stay at my aunt in-laws house.. And the Indian lady was very rude to her staff, she didn't even provide them with a uniform.. And to sum it all up its only one housekeeper and she didn't even have on a uniform.. Never I do mean never will I stay or recommend someone to this hotel..

This hotel requires extensive renovations. The refrigerator in the room did not work or the telephone. The deck chair was broken, the carpet smelled bad and the service was lousy. The staff looked like they picked them up off the street. No uniforms or nametags. Every day I had to request toilet paper and cups. Towel were not replaced until late in the evening. I would not recommend this hotel

Very nice place! High ceiling in our room. Very modern decorative design. Nice tile shower with a seat. Very comfortable warm blankets and beds. Cold AC. Good amount of recessed lights in the ceiling. The only things I didn't like was that the faucet in the bathroom would spray everywhere. Side note, there was a girl working the front desk at one point who would just sit and talk on her phone while working. She answered the phone very rudely. Never smiled. Just very unfriendly customer service. No problem with other workers though.

After having a terrible experience at the hotel down the street, my husband and I were looking all around that block for a room available for one night and Sans was the only hotel that had a few rooms left. It’s very nice on the inside but when we walked into our room I noticed that our sinks faucet was broken. I called downstairs to let the front desk know and she said she’ll make a note of it. Never offered to give us another room or anything (which I’m sure is because they were sold out). So we had to brush our teeth in the shower the next morning. Also they offer breakfast but that’s a joke in itself. My sons cereal was stale. They barely have any selection of anything. It was just danishes and croissants really.

No cameras outside the building except in the front. My vehicle was broke into and we have no answers as to who did it since I wasn't parked in the front of the building. We had to ask for breakfast items during breakfast time on the weekdays. We will not stay here again.

It's old needs a good renovation. Sink broken floors inside room and out are nasty walls had mold in the. TV was so small and any had bare basic channels the duvet was lump needed to be replaced beds felt like sleeping in a hillside (mattresses have never been turned) Dusty and musty smelling. I would not recommend this place to an enemy, because it would only give them reason to seek revenge YUK! IT'S REALLY NASTY FOR A TOURIST AREA HOTEL GROSS.

The hotel is very pretty but the staff is not keeping it well maintained. All hotel staff was in regular clothing, they had no uniform so you did not know who was an employee or who was a guest, I only saw one front desk lady wearing a name tag and still not in uniform.
Our room was very nice but toilet was old with an old and stained seat cover. Bathroom cabinet was missing a drawer and sink did not had the hole cover cap. Bed sheets were a little stiff and the flat sheet had a hole like if it was bitten by a rat. The door key kept on getting jammed all the time also. Towels felt OK, they seemed clean and soft enough to use.
My mother had another room, bathroom was in better shape but again missing the sink hole cover, her TV was not working so we called the front desk and they changed it then about an hour later we noticed the floor carper soaking wet right in front of the a/c, it was like if someone had dropped 2 buckets of water so we requested to change room which the staff did right away. We asked for a roll-away bed for my son and the blanket they brought was hard and stiff, my son complaint because it felt like sand paper so we had to ask for a new one that was a little softer bit not that much.
The complimentary breakfast was OK, they had bagels, toast bread, croissants, waffles (from the frozen box), cereal, milk, orange juice and mini cinnamon rolls with coffee. The only thing I noticed is that breakfast is from 6am to 9am but staff started picking up the breakfast items at 8:50am instead of 9am.
Overall this is a very pretty and modern hotel but staff is not well trained or don’t have the knowledge when it comes to maintenance, they should all be wearing uniform as part of a hospitality industry.

This hotel served its purpose for a place to sleep on the way to a vacation. The front desk clerk was pleasant and the bed was comfortable. That is all the nice things I can say about this hotel.

The check in was quick and easy, the room was clean including the bathroom. I had enough of everything. When i left out the room and came back the room was cleaned with fresh sheets ans towels. The tv could've been bigger for the size of room i had. The bed felt hard the first night but the next day it felt better.

Terrible place to stay. Dirty food plate in the window, hole in the ceiling around the fire sprinkler, half of the toilet paper holder had been ripped out of the wall, not to mention the lock latch was missing on the door. Just two screws where it should have been. The breakfast was a joke. The only thing you could eat was bread, cereal, or an apple. My friend found a moldy piece in her cereal. Receptionist was rude when we got here. Walls paper thin. You get the picture.
