Make sure you confirm your price we drove over 5 hours called they said price was one thing and charged us over 50$ more the person working said oh you talked to someone else you should have told me the price they told youum okay you should've told us before you charged our card and why is the prices different after calling to confirm.. supposedly the guys name working is Aj he did not have a name tag on. don't waste your time or money he proceeded to argue with me saying we were wrong and finally said okay I'll give you 10$ back that's still $40 more. The hotel was trash MOTEL 6 DOWN THE ROAD IS WAY CHEAPER AND WAY BETTER. Also had a 19 yr old yelling at me he's been waiting to check in telling me he served my country in the marines to protect me and I shouldn't yell at the man behind the counter. (Thanks for showing us your dependent card..that not serving btw that's your parents serving to protect you. Management just let all this happen didn't say anything at all. Thank you to all who really served to fight for our freedom including my husband a army veteran and all of my family in the Navy!!!

If you wanna stay overnight, it is ok. Close to the airport, far from the downtown (~1hr with public transportation). Room was small. They should work on cleanliness. Breakfast was good. Staff friendly and willing to help.

Don't stay here unless it's your last resort. Within the first few minutes of being here I saw a coach roach. Our room is dirty. The AC is horrible loud and not working properly. I don't even fee comfortable to sit on the chairs due to how dirty they are. I asked to be moved due to the AC being awful but they are booked to full capacity. They did say they would switch out the AC unit but I highly doubt that will happen. I'm not one to leave bad reviews nor am I a fussy person but this place ranks as one of the worse places I've ever stayed at. Gross! Yuck!!! They bathroom has water damagelooks like mold. I still have to stay here one more night Ugh!!!

Great location, close to restaurants and shopping. Nice staff, online specials, worth money spent.

Stayed overnight to catch the Megabus from Pittsburgh the next morning. The room was clean ans completely suited our purposes. No complaints there. The breakfast was minimal by even budget hotel standards, hence docking one star. I'd stay here again, but might hunt around a little more first. FYI, the Megabus stop was about 25 min away via Lyft on. Sunday morning.

Easy access, close enough to the airport that you don't need to hurry. Quiet comfortable room with a king bed. I wouldn't book here again if I needed to be close to the airport early in the morning for an early departure.

This was a nice place to stay. No frills. Basic continental breakfast. Clean rooms. Decently priced as we were in town for a funeral and needed to bring our whole family, 7 people.

I was in Pittsburgh last week to see my friends, again stayed at this hotel for three days, new clean room with fridge & microwave, flat screen television , stand in shower, very comfortable bed , good breakfast, their maids and front desk staff are very friendly. Will recommend and will be back again.

I stayed at the Americas Best Value Inn - Pittsburgh Airport location and I thoroughly enjoyed the room.It was very nice and clean .I was very happy and enjoyed my time there. I only wish they provided a better breakfast like some bacon and eggs versus toast and cereals However I give them a 7 out of 10..

So many things wrong with this hotel! My biggest issue was the service and housekeeping. My boyfriend and I stayed for one night in When we first got there the heat was off so it was below 30 degrees in the room. We immediately turned it up to the highest. Then we saw that the blanket had stains all over it. We called and asked for new ones and asked for some extra since they were extremely thin. Within 10 minutes they brought up more blankets. The one new blanket had a giant yellow stain on it and the other had a cigarette burn ( we didn't bother asking for new ones again). Within that time the heat did not kick on. We asked about it and he said not to worry, it takes about 20 minutes for it to start. Luckily we were heading out so we wouldn't have to freeze. We left feeling hopeful that when we would come back it would be nice and warm. We were gone for about 5-6 hours. When we came back it was just as cold, if not colder, in the room. We sat under the covers and called down to the front desk. They said they would call back in 5 minutes and hung up. 20 minutes later no phone call. So my boyfriend went down to the front desk while I tried to stay warm. There only option was to move rooms. They did not apologize for any type of inconvenience or even try to help in any way. They even insisted that we had to bring the old key back down. We couldn't leave it in the room and they couldn't come and get it. The room was next door so we repack all of our stuff and went to it. Our first room was a business suit with a king size bed. This new one was a standard size room with two single beds. We went to the front desk and that was all they had open and there was no manager or own or any one that had any type of authority there to refund us since we downgraded. ( while we were at the front desk they had 3 other phones calls from people complaining about the heat) It was just a bad experience overall. To top it off. The next morning around 9am the cleaning crew tried coming in our room about 3 times without knocking or anything. If we didn't have the dead bolt on they would have walked right in. Then we hear them go next door ( our first room) We heard them vacuum for about 2minutes then leave. We looked in the window. They just remade the bed with the sheets that were in there. You could tell we were laying in the bed for a bit but they used the same sheets to make it! Which got us to wonder how often do they actually switch out the sheets! Needless to say we did not sit down on the sheets after that and got out of that room as fast as we could. The manager was still not there the next day as we were told he would be the night before. So I would not recommend this place at all.

    Some other little things:
    No hair dryer
The breakfast consist of ego waffles and cereal
They only give two towels in the room
    The T.V was broken
The shower water hot and cold is backwards
    The bathroom smelled like feet
There was dust all over the T.V and the stands like they haven't dusted in months
The glass shower door also did not looked like it was clean

This hotel has been renovated so everything, from the rooms and the bathrooms, have improved and changed. The rooms are excellent; the room consists of a television, refrigerator, microwave, etc. For the price, this hotel is definitely worth it. The managers, Jay and Raj, are excellent and always try to satisfy the needs of the customers. Great, friendly staff as well. Not to mention a great selection of fresh fruits and coffee for breakfast. I highly recommend this place to anyone, especially those who are trying to get a deal for their money.
