It was good when i went I liked the items in menu. After I got the food. I was wishing I had personnel been in the back to cook and season it properly. OMG atomother was cozy and pleasant. I hope Gladys knight chicken and waffle better luck next time. Was hoping to go there today to give them another try and there frfr closed

It was okay, I went when the restaurant first opened and then again a few months ago big difference. Menu has changed and the taste of the food has also. Over it was OK!

Interesting place. My food was OK, but nothing special. I was hoping for the WOW factor my coworkers were talking about but unfortunately I was not blown away. I visited the restaurant during my business trip from Florida. The five of us waited quite a while for the food. Bathroom was not very clean despite the fact it was Early in the day.

Terrible experience!!! Don't waste your time. We waited almost an hour to be seated and over an hour for our food once we ordered. I've never had such terrible service. They didn't have any silverware washed/clean at noon when they open at 11:00. Staff was standing around chatting. Would've walked out but my kids were starving. I'll never go there again!!!

I came with husband for our anniversary. We arrived on Saturday afternoon. They open at 11am, we got seated by 2pm. I was told they ran out of baked macaroni with no substitute s. They cut menu options down to less than half. Service an quality of food has really declined since my first visit 2 yrs ago. Restaurant was cold. This will be our last visit. Gladys knight should take her name off this location.

Upon arriving we almost didn't go inside the outside appearance looked closed. Seating started out a little shaky, we waited for the hostess to seat us like the sign said but there was only the waitress taking someone's order, she beckoned for someone to seat us but he was too involved in conversation we finally just seated ourselves. The food was good with nice portions. Our waitress was very nice. Like the other reviews said there's a sign stating Cash Only and that there is an ATM to the rear, we were glad we had cash we usually use debit card when we're traveling. Also the bathrooms are in need of renovations and deep cleaning. Does Gladys Knight still own this restaurant or are they just using her name.

Upon entering the restaurant the host promptly let us know that they were cash only and not able to accept credit cards. I glanced around the establishment and the booths appeared to be in disrepair. It was dimly lit and did not feel like a warm environment. I went into the restroom and only one stall was in operation. Soap dispenser broken off the wall with a roll of paper towel in a basket on the counter. It also needed to be cleaned. After returning to the table the menu was not as vast as what was displayed online. Gladys reputation is on the line and this was terrible. Management needs to be reevaluated. We left without eating there with no intentions of ever dining in there.

I wonder if Gladys Knight is aware that these people are using her name and not providing good service and absolutely no food at all. So my family and I are here in Atlanta on vacation and stopped by thinking that we would get some amazing food and wonderful experience. What actually happened was we were told we would wait 30 minutes but actually waited an hour and 45 minutes (no exaggeration) only to be told by the manager that we will be seated shortly but will still have to wait about 30 more minutes because the kitchen is so backed up. There were 4 empty booths while my family and I as well as other people tried waiting patiently. We finally left and went to a nearby place and had a wonderful experience.
