My experience with Lloyd Pro Group was outstanding. My agent Damarious Thornton was such a pleasure to work with. He explained everything to me and answered all of my 100 questions:). If he didn't know the answer, he made sure he got the answer, which I found to be exceptional customer service. He was always calm, never once did he get annoyed by all of the questions I had. He made sure I got the best policy for my budget, which I was so grateful for. Everything was done efficiently and on time. He followed up with me to make sure everything was in place and finalized. I would recommend him to anyone who's looking for homeowner's insurance or any other services this company offers.
