I have never felt more condescended to or unheard in my life. After being referred to this practice for my anatomy scan ultrasound I was first told that I would need to pay $300 up front in order to get my ultrasound done. This news came as a surprise when See Baby's website offers ultrasound packages that start at much lower rate. I was then told that because they now had proof of insurance I couldn't even make a private appointment for said ultrasound and pay the rates advertised on their website. While this is a complete idictment of this county's messed up healthcare system, I am also livid that I'm now being punished for having insurance. To make matters worse the business manager of this practice was not only unhelpful (her only suggestion being that I let them charge my insurance knowing that I would then LATER get the $300 bill) but condescending. There is a reason I did not choose SeeBaby as my primary midwifery practice in the first place and my experience with them today has only deepened my conviction to avoid this practice (and to suggest others do so as well). BUYER BEWARE.

Just had my first appointment (ste. 1110) and absolutely loved the midwife, nurse, and reception staff. They were so kind and so sweet to my toddlers.

4 stars because the reception staff in ste. 1165 were cold, unkind, and seemingly annoyed at my presence. Thy scolded my three year old for touching an adorable stuffed animal on their desk (eye level for a 3 year old).

The reception staff between the two suites are like night and day. My wonderful experience ended on a negative note because of these two women.

I cannot say enough positive things about Christine Turner and the staff! Chris has gone out of her way for me time and time again, and the genuine compassion and care she shows cannot be compared to any other medical office I have ever been to. They are amazing!

I've probably visited 15+ OB/GYNs in my life and this was by FAR the best experience I've had. The office is calm and clean. All 3 employees (receptionist, nurse and Dr Chris Turner) I interacted with were knowledgeable, and personable. Dr. Chris is by far my favorite OBGYN I've been to. She truly listened to my needs (regarding birth control) and offer options tailored to my preferences and medical history.

I'm delaying motherhood at this time, but having just had 1 visit here, I sincerely look forward the day that I can go through pregnancy and birth with this team.

From an outside observer, See Baby seems to be an infectiously positive environment for both patients, and staff. Thank you SeeBaby! I'll be back!

Misleading ads make things look crystal clear but really all pics come back distorted. Very unhappy for starting cost of $90 they also say they give you 20 pics some are the same with different colors.. The actual quality and value is maybe $20. You don't really get to choose which pictures you want. Don't expect to frame these pictures! No retakes even though they tell you over the phone they will. *One positive take away was the ultrasound tech Misty was very nice and spend extra time trying to get better pictures.

All the staff is supper nice and attentive. The facility is super clean and the atmosphere is very relaxing. The keep you informed of all changes with in their company. I would definitely recommend

I highly recommend See Baby. I went for an annual gynecology visit and Christine Turner did the exam. She was super sweet and answered all of my concerns/questions with care. All of the office staff seemed to genuinely enjoy working there and they were all kind and professional.

I have some medical background and decided to switch to Dr. Bootstaylor after hearing many amazing empowering stories from other mothers. My husband and I did not regret it at all. Our birth was difficult but I would not have picked any other doctor but him and his team. I would definitely recommend him and his team to every pregnant woman.
