Bought a ton, ate at the restaurant, and got our dolls hair fixed! Love this place! High quality products, great staff, my daughters love love love it!

Our neighbor got a catalog with a coupon and we got the same catalog without one. To say customer service was less than helpful would be an understatement. First having such cost prohibitive prices and then only giving coupons to some people, shame on them!

We have attended the Christmas brunch many times, and it is really well done. Great place for kids' birthdays, too. Staff is always helpful and friendly.

$115 FOR A DOLL?
PLUS $25 FOR A DIFFERENT OUTFIT?
ALL FOR A DOLL THAT ISN'T EVEN THAT HIGH QUALITY AND GETS SCRATCHED AND BREAKS EASILY?
TIP: Just go to michael's (the craft store) and get a knock off one, they're just as durable, look similar, and cost 75% LESS!! And sometimes 85% LESS when you have coupons!
honestly just buy one of those, take it out of the box, put in a $10 american girl doll book that has a girl that looks like the doll on it, and your kid wont know the difference.response / report this review -

My daughter was not treated well by the staff because the dold she chose to bring wasn't her real American girl doll she was not allowed to do anything in the store because her favorite doll isn't her American girl doll it's her my generation doll that has a broken leg we fixed and she couldn't get the same treatment in that store that should be ashamed how they treated an 8 year old child

We brought my daughter here for her Birthday today. She had the most amazing experience, as did we.
In the bistro Katy was amazing to my daughter and the manager also paid us a visit!
Not only did about 10 salespeople say happy birthday to my daughter, they genuinely seemed happy as well!
