I have been trying to get a functioning toy for four months. First, product was weak. Then, product was defective. I was supposed to be sent a replacement but it 'was out of stock.' Unacceptable to be dragging on for so long. Furious this company would market themselves as body-safe and pro-women in exchange for charging higher prices for defective products. I would NOT recommend Good Vibrations.

The Nordstrom's of adult stores. Super clean, well kept sex positive environment with polite, friendly, knowledgeable staff. They are like the waiters at an upscale restaurant who never hover but are always right there when you need them.

The staff is really knowledgeable about all the products and safety practices. They're always helpful and non-judgmental. They also have lots of great workshops!

With such a welcoming environment and being heavily involved in community education, Good Vibrations is the best adult toy shop one could hope for. Especially female and queer friendly. All the employees I've encountered have been pleasant, helpful, and knowledgable. They have a great point rewards system, too!
