We go several times a year. The park keeps improving every year. The Christmas season is especially beautiful. One of our favorite places!

Great place to visit for Christmas time. Great for kids. Should have more options for snacks and food. A bit pricey but this year the discount for MA residents worked.

Great family theme park that provides lots of options for mostly younger kids. We went the Sunday after Thanksgiving, and there were no crowds. The kids loved the rides and the 20 minute train ride around the park was a great way to look at all the fun Christmas lights. I'd give 5 stars but it's on the pricey side.

So to start it off went with Family and Friends A group of 11 and some of the rides in the beginning of the park had some rides that didn’t work. The very first ride they denied my Friend from going on with her Daughter because she was about 3” inch’s to short. ( Which I think is ridiculous because she is with her Mother.
Very disappointing, the Food that cost me a total of $40 the Cheese burger and the Chicken Pita was also The Grilled chicken sandwich was warmer but bacon wasn’t fully cocked. The Lines was definitely insane. 2 of the kids had fun but everyone else was disappointed in how much it cost between all the tickets and food and some rides they wouldn’t let them on and they are 4 year olds. The only good thing is the train. Will never come back.
They definitely need to fix the rides that are broke and Train the staff to not stop a mother and her daughter from going on the ride. It would be better if a few of the staff members where also a little more friendly. The Cold Food needs to be improved.response / report this review -

A great place for the kids! Admission is a bit steep, but their website does offer discounts. There isn't much of a wait in the lines, and we probably spent a good half day here.
The best part about this place was Thomas Land. They did a great job at making it a fantastic place for kids to go. I wasn't at all disappointed with how much was clearly invested in what definitely appears to be the pinnacle of this place. Thomas the Train takes you on a 20min ride around the park and surrounding cranberry bogs. Not to mention all the other attractions there.
I think the best times to go are after summer is over and definitely during the festival of lights they have around the holidays. Would definitely go again!response / report this review -

Really? Then hurry up!
I hate this place because it sits in the no-mans-land of an unfinished park. Dickens Village has one shop open and you've allocated no money to landscaping like you really should be landscaping. If you tell me you have, I would say you need to go back and rethink the design. And where's the Pirate themed dark ride that was supposed to be there??? My 6 year old has out-grown Dino-land and most of the rest of the park. It's almost as if you're targeting only the preschool audience with most of the attractions. Which is fine but you've got such a broader audience that you could be pulling in. Remember kids don't have jobs, they don't make the money decisions, the parents do. Don't get me wrong, they had fun, they went on the Tilt-A-Whirl about six times, but, there's zero reason for us to return except for the seasonal events (meaning XMas). Side Note: My family and I returned to the park as a guest of a friend and a morbid curiosity with your progress (or lack thereof), not because we really wanted to.
As for appealing to those who want the old Edaville and nature, I think you're limiting yourself and possibly even creating excuses. You've got a fairly sophisticated market that will moan a bit but will appreciate the improvements, provided they really are, way more than you demolishing or removing something old-school parts for something better. There's always the PR line that you're making "safety changes". And frankly, I've gotten on a few of the rides and had some safety concerns so I don't think it would be a real stretch. Speaking of which, get an Arborist in your picnic area to make sure those branches aren't an insurance problem (they're certainly an eye-sore problem).
If you think these criticisms are harsh it's only because I care. Not necessarily about Edaville, but, rather I care about good theme park management. It is after-all a very well documented model so there's no reason why anyone should screw it up.
p.s. The front of the park could easily be turned into a shopping area filled with lease spaces for unique shopping experiences, this would add as a draw for visitors year round. It MUST BE "unique" shopping experiences - brick and mortar retail isn't going to survive and thrive without differentiation.response / report this review -

Wonderful park and experience for a four year old toddler who is a Thomas and train fanatic. I took away some stars because I believe certain rides should be scheduled. It is hard to have a toddler wait for over an hour ride which is two minutes long. This is primarily a park for younger children and I think scheduling rides for the rides prone to long lines should be considered. Food service was horrible. Not sure if they were short staffed, but there was no available food ready and only two cooks and one prep person in the back. Mind you this was Memorial Day. I waited in line for an hour and probably another 20 minutes for the sandwiches to be made. The smart thing to do is to take your own lunch or maybe leave the park and purchase food outside and take it in. There are many picnic areas. The long food court wait and the long wait for the Winston ride caused half our time there to be used up. My son didn't get to go on everything but he enjoyed it.

It's a great family place and a generally nice atmosphere. Very clean and nicely done up. They have a good amount of rides, though they are more kid oriented. Overall worth the price and I definitely will be returning. My boyfriend, who grew up around the old Edaville thought they did a great job of keeping their old theme alive while incorporating new things and making it even nicer.

Great day with my 2 and 4 year-old boys. This park is really geared toward the young crowd with rides that are perfect for about 2-7 years old. My 2 year-old could ride most of the rides and both boys LOVED the Thomas LandI believe my 4 year-old's exact words were, "Mom, can I stay here forever?" The restrooms and facilities were very clean and the staff friendly. Bring your own food/snacks to enjoy on one of the many picnic tables and benches and be sure to check out the big brick building near the front of the park.on the second floor they have a great model railway set that the boys loved, as well as lots of small but fun indoor rides if you need a break from the sun (or rain/cold, depending). If your kids are older than about 7 or not into Thomas the Train, then I'm not sure this is the right park for you. But if so, it's a wonderful place and you'll have a ton of fun!

Well worth the hour drive. It was my family and i's first time going today. My 5 year old loves Thomas and was very excited. We spent the entire day here and had lots of fun! Lots to do and everyone was very friendly. However the man in charge of the Ferris wheel was very rude. I didn't even want to go on. But, not letting that ruin my day! My boys loved all the rides. They are 5 and 7. So much for both of them to enjoy. It is a little pricey though
