Excellent hotel , very clean. Great small indoor pool. Very relaxing. Awesome free shuttle service to the casino. About a 8’minute drive. Plenty of free hotel parking. Rooms are spacious and clean. Will definitely return again.

Well maintained exterior look. Room was neat and clean. Good water pressure. Lots of amenities offered on site. Reasonable prices and close to Foxwoods. Staff very helpful and courteous. Quick to respond to requests or problems. Would definitely return for a future visit.

BED BUGS??!! My first and last time staying here. The woman who checked me in was so rude to me to the point Chad took over and was really helpful and gave me a complimentary appetizer voucher. There were dirty towels and dishes all around the pool. There was screaming and partying happening a few doors down that security had to intervene and kick a few people out, followed by more screaming early Sunday morning. Worst of all, I woke up with bites all over my body. When I checked out I told the manager about everything and she didn't seem phased by my awful stay. Seems like this is the norm here. Stay away.

The hotel was amazing! The room, the atmosphere, the location, the space; everything was phenomenal. Service was punctual, and the staff was remarkably friendly. It was nice having a peaceful massage to start off the day. The room was also very ample in size. And being able to relax, after a long day, while laying in the in-room jacuzzi just felt right. The only regret I have is not being able to have stayed longer.

Was very surprised to find the mattress was made of memory foam!! It was very clean and modern. Also has a lot of amenities. The only thing i didn't care for was the small shower stall and sheer curtains in middle of window, which felt like less privacy and let in too much light in the morning.

Very beautiful hotel. They had a shuttle that ran every 30min to and from Foxwoods which was great. The dinner and breakfast was really good. I had the shrimp and chicken dinner. Breakfast can not be room services which I did not like but it wasn't a big deal since the bistro was downstairs. There is only 2 outlets in the whole room. And I really did not like that when your done with your food in your room they tell you to place your dirty tray outside your room door on the floor. I quickly thought about rodents coming but we didn't see any which was good. Other then that the room was great, Jacuzzi was relaxing in the room and the bathroom is very spacious.

I stayed here over the Labor day weekend with my Fiance to celebrate our anniversary. I loved our room, from the comfortable bed to the jacuzzi and makeup remover in the bathroom!! ( It's the little things that excite me! ) Ignore the bad reviews because they are just people that are really nit picky and always look for imperfections in everything. The staff was very friendly and reccomended a nice little Italian restaurant for dinner that was delicious! We plan on coming here again in the near future. Thank you for the wonderful stay!!

Stayed in the Venetian suite. It was extremely clean and very spacious when walking in. The TV wasn't working properly but they came up and fixed it quickly. Jacuzzi big enough to comfortably fit two people, music control panel to play soft classical sounding music, and dimming lights make it feel cozy and romantic. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay at the Bellissimo hotel. Staff checking us in and those around the lobby were extremely friendly and helpful, room was very large and comfortable. I really liked that the room has a ceiling fan on top of having the AC unit and the windows actually open. Lighting in the room and bathroom is a bit lacking, and more front-of-building parking would have been nice, but the amenities (bar, bistro, coffee kiosk, spa) and the shuttle to Foxwoods are super convenient. Location was also really convenient. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

This is actually a suprisingly very nice hotel. I was originally planning on staying somewhere else but since I couldn't go to the other place I decided to go here. The service was great. All of the employees were friendly and super helpful. The room was clean and didn't have the odd moldy smell which some other places have. Overall, I really like the hotel and will definitely stay there again sometime.

My wife and I just wanted to get away for the weekend so we stayed at the Bellissimo we were very impressed. We stayed in a King deluxe the room was fantastic. We both agree we will definitely come back her again. The food in the bistro was excellent.

Clean comfortable room near casinos and Connecticut shore. Room had king bed and was comfortable and quiet. Very reasonable rates. Coffee bar on lobby and you can buy a full breakfast.

Astetically the hotel was very nice. High ceilings with murals on the wall. However, I was placed in the first room near the lobby. All I heard was loud talking from folks at the bar and conversations held by the staff. Also, on more than one occasion, I walked into the staff arguing with each other behind the check in desk very loudly and in front of guests. Very unprofessional. All in all, I'd book again. There is a free shuttle that provides rides to Foxwoods. The pool area is indoors but has very poor ventilation. Only real downside to this place is the staff.

The location is great if you are visiting Foxwoods. Shuttle runs every 15 minutes after 6pm which makes it very convenient. Walls are a bit thin so you hear your neighbors. Outside of that, I would recommend this place.

Great stay. 5 to 7 minutes away from foxwoods casino, shuttle takes you back and forth to the casino. Food is great, small menu but that's okay enough to be satisfied. Room service is excellent awesome management. Pool, spa, ext. Oh and the room we stayed was very spacious being that it was the presidential suite. All around good place to stay.
