Just received a birthday gift purchased and shipped from Amazon- this shipping facility - the book had no packaging around it so it is damaged. The cover on the book is wrinkled and pages in the book are wrinkled and bent back- poor,poor, poor - I would think you would put packaging around the book but no- is it laziness or Amazon policy to ship product this way? #0141100131332# - I am disappointed because I do not shop Amazon but family does and this is what i got- damaged.

ordered Mizon volcanic gommage and it was delivered on time. But the box was beat up the product seal was opened and product was drying out. It was also expired. The expiration date was 2019 so you may think that's not too bad but beauty products have a long shelf life so this product is old. Also, I didn't purchase this at a yard saleI bought it from AMAZON. There's really no reason they should be selling expired beauty products. I ordered it again after emailing the company (best friendship) and asking that they be sure not to send another expired product but of course it was expired. I gave two stars bc they did reship it immediately and at least they are supposed to be giving me a refund. We shall see. Update: Amazon refund was quick and painless. Thanks!

I ordered a pack of 32pcs of Furniture Silicon Protectors. The order was delivered with closed packaging. However, when I opened the actual small package that held the protectors, there were only 31pcs. I am so disappointed? Is there any way that I can be mailed the one more that I need to get what I ordered. If so, I would be happy to give a five star rating

I ordered a door draft stopper (through Amazon) . It came from Wiseman in Lexington, KY. The thing does not fit under door. Cannot find an address to return it. Looked up phone # and called, they asked for my phone # and my PIN. Don't have the latter.; never did business with them before. Caught in the middle of I don't know what, with no one to help. I hate these 3rd companies. No one will step up and help. Can I give minus as a rating? The run around I'm getting is certainly worth less than one star!

I have received 3 packages from this place, sent to my correct address, wrong name. All 3 packages have the same cheap item inside, which I never ordered. Though the return address is 172 Trade St. in Lexington, the name of the company at the top of the return address, the company that supposedly makes this item, doesn't exist anywhere on the internet (that I can find). I tried calling the fulfillment center. Odd recordings, couldnt' get through. Something ain't right.

Received an item (iphone screen changing set) that I never ordered, but it has my email and home address on the package. Cannot find any evidence of where this originated: nothing on my amazon account, nothing on my credit card statementfeeling rather frustrated by the whole situation. Called Amazon, they were unconcerned & told me to keep it or donate it. that's fine, but I want to know WHY I ended up with it in the first place?

I received my Amazon order that was supposed to include charging cables and instead it was an empty package. How does this happen? Are employees moving too fast to do the work properly or is someone dropping the ball here? A call to Amazon only resulted in a credit and now I have to reorder and wait even longer!!! Boo!

I received a box from WinGo (Amazon) and knew I did not order anything, I opened it there was a pewter music box with engraved roses that played “You are my sunshine!” No name of sender enclosed but by the name of the song that played I thought maybe it was from one of my children. I texted one of my daughter in love and son and asked if they sent it and she replied yes Happy Mothers Day! It was well packaged and arrived promptly.

Received package today from this so called Amazon Fulfillment Center which came in one of those plastic protective bag/envelopes. Opened it up and it was EMPTY!!! How does anyone ship out an empty package?!?!? Don't they have any type of quality assurance at this place??? I would have given this place a "-5" but of course that's not an available score. Totally disappointed in Amazon for using this dump of a place to fulfill their orders.

I ordered a Grocery Art Mandoline WITH CUT RESISTENT GLOVES as per the picture of the box below. I paid extra for next day delivery. The box did not arrive until the day after it was due ($10 credit on Amazon). When it did arrive, the GLOVES were missing. Another complaint and another credit ($15ONE of those gloves at BB&B costs $15!) Pretty awful I'd say. Then, on the website it says they have 100% 5 star rating. Hmmmm, how does that happen? I ordered a musical Charlie Brown Christmas tree two days ago from an eBay seller. A box arrived this afternoon. There was an musical Charlie Brown Christmas tree BOX inside the shipping box, but it was stuffed with a loose string of CHRISTMAS LIGHTS!!!! What in the Wide, Wide World of Sports is-a goin' on here? There's apparently a great deal of internal theft occurring, boxes being stuffed with random junk and shipped out, and Amazon's website is USELESS to file a grievance over this slum. Their chat agents are trying to blame the seller for the problem, and THEY'RE not the ones who SENT it!

As others have reported, I have been receiving items from this Amazon Fulfillment Center which I did not order. No invoice/receipt inside the packages, no record of the orders in my account, no charges to my credit card. The items are getting sent to my shipping address. HOW WOULD ANYONE HAVE ACCESS TO MY SHIPPING ADDRESS????? I've contacted Amazon customer service multiple times and keep getting told that they're looking into the issue. I'm thinking about closing out my account completely, since I fear someone has obtained my account information.

I received a Teslasz Smart Bracelet in the mail yesterday 08/07/2017, of which I did not order. I also cannot find a phone number too call or any information in which they can be contacted by, this is a little ridiculous. I do not recommend using this company for anything, if you can contact them then there is something wrong with their costumer service/ENTIRE company.

NOT EVEN 1 STAR. On 7/6/2017 we ordered 6 jars of imported coffee from Amazon Marketplace seller "FUN STUFF FOR SALE" . They were shipped from this Amazon facility in Lexington KY. When purchased in a retail store, this coffee product has 2 seal-tapes securing the glass lid to the glss jar. ALL SEAL TAPES WERE SLICED THROUGH ON ALL 6 JARS. We had to throw out the expensive coffee, worried about contamination, or substitution with out-of-date coffee. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THE SELLER "FUN STUFF FOR SALE". DON'T BUY FROM AMAZON WEBSITE AT ALL.

Placed an order through this amazon fulfillment center. received an empty bubble package. Tried calling the telephone number associated with the center in Lexington Ky. No answer. Then a line busy msg each time I tried to call after that. Just read other reviews and this company is cheating everyone who buys anything through them. No merchandise in packaging, wrong merchandise in packaging or only part of order. No response to calls and they have no listed website for online contact.

I ordered 2 of the magnetic phone chargers for my android phone. I recieved two envelopes each one had a box but only one had the charger in it. SO I WAS CHARGED FOR TWO AND ONLY RECIEVED ONE!!! PLEASE SEND THE OTHER CHARGER.

I think it is truly ridiculous for any company or business of any type to not have a procedure in place for families and loved ones of Amazon employees. God help you if there is a family emergency because Amazon will not even answer their phones!!!! Truly could care less about the well being of their employees. Blatant disregard for their employees and any type of family values. All I can say is its disturbing and seriously immoral.
