I guess it depends on what product you have, i had paper towels and i was in and out in 1 hr and 30min. Appointment strictly so you know..and there is a truck stop 1 mile before the family dallar.

This place is joke, long wait after green light, just to get bill of lading, i can't book another load because i don't know when i will be out of here, my appointment was 7 am and right now is 11:04 am, slowly processing, phone network connection is poor at west side of building if you have t-mobile phone carrier.

Does not get much worse than this place right here! They take forever to unload I was early for my appointment and they still took over 4 hours to unload also you can't show up more than 30 minutes early to your appointment no parking on site or on street, and the office personal seem useless, It actually seems like they slow the process on purpose. How can a company operate like this and be successful is beyond me.

Apply for a position they gave me a different one, it was fun I had a great boss until he quit, they brought a young kid in and he couldn't even drive the forklift , he wasn't a people person ,low pay , and on holidays you had to make up all the work so first shift to get off, it's sad when you get hired and the people tell you to get out as fast as you can

This place sucks ass don't come here, got here at 3am for a live unload at 7am 5,000lb of pillows and here it is 11am still not unloaded. Do not do not do not come here. This is the main reason why this industry fails because the shippers and receivers don't respect the truck driver nor the company he drives for.

I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE! Live unloads NEED to get here BEFORE 11am! Mine was a drop and hook but refused as it was marked as a live load, and the guard told me I was late (got here at noontime). Reschedule for tomorrow he says (on a friday) but dont be late, cause they are closed for the weekend!. Dispatch went to sleep for the next 22 hours making me sit on this load, then 90 mins before they close for the weekend it magically got turned back into a drop. SMH
