Perfect. Exactly what they said it was. I dropped my boat off for the winter, and will pick it up next week for the summer. They do not have someone "covering" the phones all day, but Shannon has been very good at returning my calls in a timely fashion. She and the staff I came in contact with were all very courteous. If you want a secure venue for climate controlled winter storage this is a great deal. If you want or need to be working on your boat during the off season then I would suggest you look elsewhere. I have done it both ways and prefer Louisville Underground storage.

Month to month? Yeah right, it's a 5 month contract. You can not gain access to your property at all until April, even if you go broke and have to sell your boat. Or if you get transferred to another city, guess what? It stays! You may live in Florida now but your nice beautiful boat still lives in the Underground, period. This is no way to run a business. It took me leaving several messages and repeated calling to finally get ahold of somebody. Once I did speak with her, I was quick to learn it was her way or the highway! I called Eastpoint Storage and had a solution within minutes. Good luck!

Not only is it extremely difficult to get ahold of "Shannon," the manager of the underground (took me 5 calls), but also the service will make you wish you hadn't. I called and priced out their monthly storage and the conversation basically went as follows:

Me: So it's $95 per month, you don't get to drive it down to storage [they move everything on their own], and you don't even have the option to take it out even if you move towns?
Shannon: Yep, I might be able to pull it out a month early, but you have to pay per month up until April [it's October now].
Me: How is that a monthly plan?
Shannon: ***silence***

Bottom line: Overpriced, inflexible, poor customer service. Find somewhere else.
