  The trucks are clean and well maintained. The staff is professional, friendly, and accommodating on short notice. Don't waste your time with other truck rental companies.

  I use Penske rental trucks whenever one of our fleet vehicles is down. They always set us up on short notice and provide good trucks at reasonable prices. Skip the website and call the Georgetown Rd. location directly. They are very friendly and eager to get your back on the road.

  Came in five minutes before closing to get a moving truck to move our belongings into our new house. Guy was very helpful and very nice. Forgot to bring the hand truck back with the truck and they didn't have a problem with me bringing it back the next day.

  I have to give the Penske Truck Rental five stars. When I returned the truck, there was a crack in the windshield that I could not account for. I recommend that every renter inspect the truck before picking up which I didn't do and this left me defenseless in terms of the windshield. The manager agreed not to charge me for the windshield. I greatly appreciated this!

  Nice people but horribly slow to get a rental truck from this place, even when you work for Penske!!
