It's a great place to work. Pay is decent, but the benefits are amazing. They also look out for their employees. I am currently on bereavement leave and they have been amazing during the process.
As far as the actual work goes, you need to be fast and accurate. The initial on the job training was not that informative. Once you start working if you need help ask for it. They are quick to come to your station and help show you or train you on whatever you issue is.response / report this review -

Honesty, integrity, humility, and determination are the ingredients you need to succeed (working) here. Have known so many people that have made great careers here. If you're on the fence I can tell you from experience that the juice is worth the squeeze. Good luck!

I read an article about this place (from 2015). Workers have to move at an extremely fast pace in 100 degree temps, including going up+down stairs over+over again. Ambulances(not just one) parked outside, waiting for heat stroke victims. Concealing workplace injuries to keep their OSHA incident numbers lower than they are. Firing people who get injured, on or off the job. Did Bezos bring 3rd world working conditions to America? I really feel for their employees, especially the older ones,

I just wanted to say thank you I don't know why yall sent me and my little brother 25 dollar gift cards for no reason it is a very nice gesture and the least I could do was write a good review on this website good to know somebody was looking out for the little guy and it makes me feel like there are good people out in the world cause where I'm from life is gets hard sometimes.

Company has not given raises in over 3 years now. Not recommended as a place to build a career. They expect more and more production every year, but never give the employees a pay increase. Not a good company to work for in my opinion.

As I was in the process of ordering textbooks, I looked at all of my options on Amazon. For one book in particular, there was also a Kindle version available. I accidentally purchased the Kindle version instead of a regular book like I meant to. So I went to the Amazon help page, which lead me to step by step instructions on how to go to my account information and cancel an order. I received a refund on my order within minutes after processing it. The whole process was painless and I didn’t even have to call into customer service. The amazon website is very efficient and helpful.
