I have had a unit at Store-All in Richmond for two years. The staff and management have always been friendly and helpful. The facilities are clean and reasonably priced (best deal in Richmond and the surrounding areas!). In fact, I moved to Lexington not long ago and still keep my storage unit in Richmond because it's such a nice place to keep all my things. The 24 hr access is great and I always feel safe going to my unit. Highly recommended!

Yes the storage was clean and affordable. Also 24 hour access. The ladies at the front desk are nice and helpful. As for my over all experience with them not so good. Opon getting this unit i asked if i was able to have someone else access the storage later on and was told as long as the person showed identification. So i left a key at the front desk for my future visitor. I didnt want any contact with this person and all thier belongings was what was in the storage to save him coming to my home with more problems. I made a call in the day before to confirm that everything would go well. The manager was very rude and showed no respect to me what so ever. Telling me that what i had set in motion when i purchased the unit wasnt possible. He also told me it wasnt his problem and how he didnt care about my situation. I would not recommend anyone to go here. Infact i will make sure word of mouth goes along way. The employees should have been trainned better to handle situations like this. Also what happen to the customer is always right and people helping your fellow man. Better yet common courtesy would have been nice. The way i was talked to was inappropriate. The whole thing couldve been handled a better way!!!

My experience with Store-All was very good! The staff is very friendly and helpful, the units are clean and ventilated and the prices are some of the lowest around. There is 24-hour access to the units and they provide the locks and refund $5 upon turning in the keys. I definitely recommend Store-All mini warehouses.

I am a volunteer with Madison United Soccer Association and we have maintained a storage unit at Store All for a number of years. We have never had any issues whatsoever with the unit. The service we have received has always been prompt and professional.
