Amazing reconstruction. This place is now just like Firewheel and Legacy West. Very upscale and so nice. Makes me want to always come here now and used to I dread it. NICE WORK to the owners! Not only that, but huge selections of stores and a lot of new ones. Highly recommend!

Like the mini Outlet shops here. You can catch good deals. Bathrooms are not very well populated or available. Seemed like only one for the entire mall!Chico's has very good quality clothes. The fragrance outlet has some good buys. When you buy cologne they gave me a free refill of a mini atomizer sprayer i bought for my purse..they did last time I was there Allow plenty of time as there are many shops.

Awesome place, Its and OUTLET not a mall. Has tons of shops to shop for, went during Black Friday sale less people. Outlets are cheaper than mall as the whole mall charges are not present. The only downside is that they have only one pizza store in the outlet which is a bummer as if you shop a lot and you don't eat, you are gonna drop. But over all if you come full stomach you should be good to go, also it's in the middle of the freeway so don't bother looking for restaurants to eat after 8pm

I have shopped this mall many times. It is always clean and inviting. This year we braved Black Friday shopping. They had police directing traffic and security guards at most stores. Even though there were a lot of people, everything was managed well, the deals we're great, and everyone was very nice.

Nice outlet mall, if you haven't been there in awhile they have added new buildings with more stores. The new additions are nicely done, saw an outdoor fire pit to sit by. Also some of your favorite stores may have changed locations so check the electronic guide boards.

The collection of stores here is fairly solid. And they just opened up an extension to the shopping center in the middle. But with that comes crazy amounts of traffic and pedestrians. They have created space adjacent to the mall strictly for parking, but that doesn’t solve the congestion here. And it only gets worse during peak times. Be prepared to sit at a standstill while finding parking here.

Great outlet mall with a wide assortment of stores. Caution it's in expansion mode and lots of new construction right now. Should be done next year.

One shopping spot for everything and everybody at home. They are expanding still. Restaurants are closed now. It would be great if they reopen. Otherwise good for shopping.

These outlets are terrific, and they keep adding more great stores (and food)! They've updated the walking areas in front of the stores to include comfortable seating and shady spots, as well as play areas for the kiddos. Can't wait to see what else they add

Horrible, stupid design for parking and there is no way to get out of this place. It's a disaster. And pedestrians have to cross right at the ONLY exit! Really need someone directing traffic. We spent 20 minutes in a store and 2 hours in our car trying to leave. Don't come here! Don't bother.

Great shops! Nice wide sidewalks. The food court only had two options -- pizza and Chinese food. You may want to get lunch elsewhere!

Parking. TRAFFIC. They are undergoing major renovations that are snarling traffic. Traffic flow was already bad, and it has gotten worse. Trying to get to a store by car is a challenge. It is almost better to park in the lot/field to the North or West and walk at least until they finish renovations in fall of 2017.
We were there during a busy weekend, vehicular traffic was gridlocked. On top of it all, security had shut down one of two vehicle entrances into the main part. At least he had started directing traffic, so that sped things up but you couldn't get where you wanted to go.
Otherwise A good outlet mall, with lots of stores and a great place to find deals.response / report this review -

This is where I buy clothes. Love the selection and the prices. Even the service is usually wonderful. Right now parking is a disaster because they are building more stores. I'm excited to see what they will be, but I am ready for the traffic and parking mess to be over. Favorite store? Cabi! Great clothes, great prices, great service and always some kind of special going on that makes it more fun. Also buy a lot at White House/Black Market. Love to just walk the whole mall and see what has to come home with me.

Outstanding place for destination shopping and splurging on hard to find items not available in other stores. Very clean, safe and well maintained. Stores are middle to upper middle income pricing, something for everyone from families to businessmen to hipsters and fashionistas here. Food court is an eyesore, very unappealing cheap fast food. Eat before you start your journey here. Or hop across the freeway to the Village restaurants. Plenty of parking available. Weekends, back to school season and especially holidays are super packed, so plan ahead.

This is probably my 2nd favorite outlet besides the premium outlets in San Marcos! This place has all of the major stores that you would want. They do not have any of the super high end stores, but they did have Nike, Adidas, Last Call, Under Armour, and I was able to find some deals. The only problem is the parking. Right now they are under construction, so your best bet is just park and walk around. It's good for you anyways!
