It needs perking up to bring people back. Stores seem to be closing left & right. I enjoy the atmosphere it's comfortable for an indoor place. Was sad to see my favorite store go away (hallmark). Hopefully to see much improvement in the near future.

Could use more variety of stores but considering it is never really packed enough to support the more expensive stores, I would say its perfect the way it is. Always clean, friendly staff, large selections at each store and food court never disappoints. Especially Annies pretzels.

I personally enjoy shopping at Rolling Oaks. Its conveniently located on the access road of 1604. Parking or crowded stores have never been an issue. Mix of big name department stores, specialty shops, and local businesses. With entertainment for the kids to even housing a small college campus, this indoor mall has got a little bit of everything.

Nice mall with some great fashion stores. But I also think this mall could use more stores and a better food court with more choices. But it has a pretty decent choice of stores. I think the mall should add a movie theater.

Normally I don't give more than three stars to places that are just perfectly generic and serve their cause, which I would also be giving to this mall because it is perfectly generic and indeed serves its cause.

All that being said this small is particularly clean and the staff of each of the stores are generally pretty nice people that are helpful. The food selection here is okay the shop selection is okay but it sure isn't no big winner.

I actually used to work there at one of the many nice decorated Kiosks. It's fun to Walk°In early in the morning and get a little personal time and exercise for a little while. With Nice Warm Smells of Freshly brewed Coffee In the early morning, your day will be even better. Mall stores are Nice and Convenient to access with wonderful Store Members that happily Help as best as they can. Mall Hours are Very Convenient and Good For the Whole Family, Teens, Young/Old adults.

This mall needs to step up its security. Everybody's heard about the robbery/shooting, so I don't need to get into that, but aside from upping security inside, they need to do more patrols of the parking lot. One of my relatives had their car broken into in the middle of the day while parked in the busiest lot. The thief went through the entire car, spent plenty of time digging around, so it wasn't some 5 second deal where security couldn't possibly have been expected to notice. No valuables had been left out in plain sight, and the car's not flashy or expensive, so there was no reason it should've seemed especially appealing to a thief. A police report was made, and the cop said several other cars had been broken into that same day, and it wasn't the only day when multiple cars had been burglarized at Rolling Oaks.

To offer contrast, the other day I was at a strip mall across town. Middle of the day, busy lot, pretty much the same scenario. Someone had locked their keys in their car and was essentially trying to break in, so of course it looked suspicious. There was a security guard right there keeping an eye out, and they'd already verified what was going on.

If that strip mall can provide enough security to be on top of things like that, so can Rolling Oaks. Moral of the story? If you go to Rolling Oaks, don't leave anything of value in your car.

Mall is very clean and had a good variety of shops and barbershop. Plus it's kept pretty nice inside year round.

Has changed quite a bit since I left 7 years ago. Sad to see empty spaces available for rent, but the majority of the stores we liked to shop are still there.

Great mall with tons of parking. Easy to get in and get out. Children have many things to do like Inflatable Wonderland, indoor tot spot, coin riding machines in the food court, and animals you can pay for them to ride on throughout the mall that light up with wheels ($5 for 10 minutes or a flat fee for so many hours) . It's a great family oriented mall.

Pretty empty mall. Hopefully in the years to come more businesses will decide to move here. As of now, there are quite a few empty shops. When they do fill up, they normally don't stay very long before realizing it's not a good location for them. One of the lesser frequented malls in San Antonio. I would recommend going to a different mall unless this place has exactly what you need. If you're just going to hang out and browse, this isn't the place. Decent stores are still here and you won't be terribly disappointed if your expectations aren't very high.
