This is a quaint mall. Love that it does not get crazy with crowds even during the busiest shopping season of the year. I like everything about this mall and love shopping here. Always easy to find a parking spot.

This is a great mall and centrally located in North Dallas / West Plano.
It has a fun little play area for the kids that we've used many, many times!

Plenty of stores and shops including the Apple Store. And the food court is loaded with a variety of great restaurants.

No theater or merry-go-round.

Love this mall always have a great shopping experience. Parking spaces always available near the door Polite associates in all the stores I shop. in stock of the items I come to shop for and get more at great prices!

I wanted to give a shout out to the awesome Santa Claus they have at this mall. He was amazing with my son and all the kids in line. The mall itself is clean and pleasant and so far the employees at the stores we visited were very friendly. I will come back!

I went to the Macy’s here. The manager in the Women’s clothing department is very nice. A customer was being rude to her and she still served him with a smile. I was wowed by her attitude. She was calm and didn’t lose it regardless of the customer being total ahem ahem to her. I was able to find the items I was looking for. The cosmetics department didn’t have that many sales associates and it was annoying that I had to wait about 20 minutes before someone was able to help me. On the other hand, the jewelry department had plenty of associates and they all were pretty busy. An associate from a different department came over to assist me, which was great.

Things have changed. Like many malls these days, Willow Bend has lost much of what made it great. Great stores have left due to low customer traffic and ever increasing lease rates. Customers are also driven away due to a questionable element that now frequents many malls and has been empowered to do so. Collin Creek fell victim to this element and even North Park Center has fallen victim to this. So sad. I remember in my youth how wonderful and safe these malls were. On site security is useless because they are scared to engage the problems for fear of backlash. A sad reality these days. Shoppers are moving away from the malls and instead are shopping at high-end retail strip shopping centers that have not yet been taken over by this criminal element. Political correctness being put before safety and human life is our new reality.

This mall is Gorgeous, very clean. Not crowded, perfect in all areas. Love the kid activities, and water falls. Makes shopping not stressful. And they have the air conditioning on!!!:)

Great selections, and very comfortable atmospheres. Also, this shopping mall allows to share their parking space for the local farmer's market every Saturday, so it made me think that they want to keep good community in this area. Overall, everything is good.

Standard shopping mall. Easy location right off Dallas North Tollway. Like many malls, it's working hard to stay relevant among expanding online retailers. Still, houses anchor stores Nordstrom, Macy's & Dillard's. For me the experience depends heavily on the associates working at a given store.

I went to the Brighton store, then just walked around. It's a really nice mall. I've also been to the Crate n Barrel store. It's separate from the mall and is very nice. Lots of variety & high quality product. The sales people were very friendly.

Large upscale shopping mall is a wealthy neighborhood with easy access by freeways and DART public transportation. Popular with young professionals, housewives, businessmen, middle and upper class families, empty nesters and retirees. Most of the shops here are geared and aimed solidly to middle to upper income households. Kids play area, fountains with café seating and plenty of comfortable leather couches and benches to rest at. Facilities are always clean, and this is one of the safest areas and malls in Dallas. Highly recommended.

Love this mall I was first introduced for Lush and we took our kids to the play area which was AWESOME very clean and well maintained. Little did we know we would open a restaurant in the food court and be there often. We've lost phones there twice and their security works so well both times found our phones and turned them into the security. Thank you Shops at Willow Bend!

The employees here are super nice and really friendly! The food is also delicious (my favorite is the chips and queso) with a really great price and value for how much food they serve!

I'm hoping they'll get their rewards system soon though! Everything else other than that is amazing! :D

Great place to shop! Love the unique boutiques, specialty stores and restaurants it sets them apart from the cookie cutter malls in DFW. They offer FREE admission to sit and visit with the Easter Bunny and Santa Clause and it’s never crowded and you don’t have to stand in long lines to pay. Plus, they always have some cool FREE crafts for the kids or goodie bags during the holidays. The concierge’s office is super friendly if you need help finding a store they will even go out of their way to take you there. FREE GIFT wrapping during Christmas and Valentines.
