I haven’t been to the mall in a really long time and now I remember why! The mall is beautiful but when one is harassed by a kiosk salesman it’s shameful. I walked by the kiosk handing out small black bags by two salesman without an incident. As I walking towards Nordstrom a young woman with two small bags approached me and said she would give me two gifts. She asked me which one I wanted but didn’t fully understand what she said. To make it easier I said the first one. Before I knew it she took out a bottle from her pocket and put it under and around my right eye. She asked me to come into her store and see the difference which took 2 minutes. There was a notable difference but when she told me the price I told her I didn’t want to purchase her product. I thanked her and told her she did a good job. When I left the store there was a man outside from the Kiosk. As I walked away I could hear him YELLING for me to come back! This went on for awhile.

This unwanted soliciting should not be reflective of tenants you want in your mall but it is.

Need to come here to get some of the Chanel and / or SOME high end make up , Or if I'm specifically looking for new Ralph Lauren for me and my hubby and some of the things my kids prefer.

Depending on who is there will make all the difference in the actual customer service you get.

The only thing is just that we live so far away.

Other than that I love and always will LOVE Nordstrom's!!!

I hate malls. I *despise* malls. I loathe their very existence. But there's only one shave store in Austin, and it's a pretentious place that sells over-priced products. But, seeing as I had more money than sense that day, I thought I'd try some shave cream that *might* be better than the standard fare I'd been using. So, I purchased a travel-size tube of sandalwood something-or-other. Smells nice, but doesn't lather worth a hoot. A puck of Williams & a squirt of Cremo does better. Oh, and if you want a razor, go to that "auction site". I picked up a minty '46 Milord, with case, for less than 70 bucks. Blades are a lot cheaper, too. The only positive from my visit was the pepperoni pizza pretzel & lemonade I got from that Annie place. 8 bucks. It was good, but geez, I could have gotten Cici's all you can eat buffet for that. At least it wasn't crowded. I go to the mall like every three years or so; don't know why, I reckon just to remind myself they suck. Buy your stuff online. It's cheaper, and there are no crowds.

Please, please put the benchs back in the mall. As an old man I need some place to park my tired bones when the wife enters store number 30. Not every man wants to follow his wife into Victoria Secrets and stand around. There use to be benchs throughout the mall, what happened. The elderly, handicapped and the tired needed a place to rest the rump. The longer I'm willing to stay in the mall, the more money she spends.

The place is huge. My only complaint or complaints, I have two..:) But they are the same for every mall. Finding the restroom is always an amazing moment. Also, like many malls it's almost impossible to find a directory of where everything is. I get, the mall's want you to wonder around but when they are so huge and I don't feel like spending the day there..

Kudos to Barton Creek mall for finally spending the money and buying new Christmas decorations. My daughter is 25 and the decorations have been there at least since then. I would have given you a 5 but my shopping experience has been less than sub-par over the past few months. Please read the reviews from other customers who are complaining about the kiosk sales people they have become more aggressive and rude. I'm in sales and I don't disrespect people like they do. Please read the other reviews below.

I really enjoyed this mall. The variety of stores is great. It's clean and overall wonderful. The only thing I don't like is the traffic trying to actually leave the mall. I don't necessarily blame the mall, but whoever mapped out the parking lot and those who approved it were either highly misinformed about traffic prediction or just lazy and didn't really care.

I do need a mall GPS for this place (I get lost). Happily, on this trip the kiosk people didn't attack me with samples as I walked by. Yeah! Could use another fine restaurant or two or a bar/appetizer place. Also, why is there never a pharmacy in malls? It would make for one-stop shopping.

We were on a field trip with our life skills unit. A female asked my coworker what country she was from . a second coworker answered were from USA . The lady very rudely told I'm not talking to you. So I asked other customers if they knew her they said she's been hanging around there harassing customers and employees. I called security so they talked to her didn't bother to come let us now if she was leaving. So I called again and told security we didn't feel safe and that she needed to leave . So they finally made her leave. Come to find out that she had yelled at a Arab decent employee "you killed my father. Scary we have field trips coming up again. I hope she won't be there.

Gap for Kids lied about bathroom being out of order even when emergency caused a needy customer to scurry frantically for another location. Laura Ashley had unbelieveable sales and clerks were happy and helpful. Food court was busy but workers worked rapidly and cheerfully. Massage chair will have me going back often!

Absolutely love it since they've done all of the remodeling. I had stopped going because it was run down and not very pleasant to go to, but yesterday was a pleasant surprise. Great variety of shops & stores, clean, and very modern and upt to date. The movie theatre has also improved SO much! Will definitely be doing more shopping there now.

Why isn't there more seating outside the stores? It would improve the experience for those of us who have to wait on others shopping. And while STANDING around waiting on my wife and daughter, I watches some dude working the makeup kiosk in front of Victorias Secret harassing women as they walked by. Have to drop the rating.

This place looks like it should've been demolished years ago. The place looks like a pit of misery and despair. Look into the eyes of the mall employees and you can see they have already checked out.

I have spent tens of thousands of dollars at the store I've even bought my furniture set here and I purchased several Michael Kors purses. However I was hosting a benefit that they offered to help with whenever I asked them to, the Cosmetics manager offered to donate some product and said that they would help with my benefit that I'm throwing for an ex-employee who got into a serious car accident. Well today I got a phone call from them and it was demeaning the benefit, and they are taking back their sponsorship. In such a rude and unprofessional way. I am cutting up my Dillards card and I will never shop there again.
