Small mall, closes early for a weekend in my opinion. Nice environment, good parking. Especially handicap parking. Clean, nice people, I would go again but would probably prefer the Quarry over North Star.
Really a 3.5 star. Not because it's lacking but because, there are 3 other make that top it. These make are better because the are bigger. Nonetheless, north star mask is a very great place to shop, take the family, browse, and eat. Also easy to get in and out with parking on ask sides. Macy's, Cheesecake Factory, Saks and much much much more.
If you don't mind crowded places then North Star Mall would be fine. I personally found it a little overwhelming and it was hard to find a parking spot. I'm sure they have a lot of different shops. I know my daughter goes there to one of the salon to get her hair done
It was 9:50 am so parking was easy to find. Came to specifically shop at Bath & Body works on my way to work. Store didn't open until 10:10. Didn't get what I wanted but got a nice perfume. Expensive but nice. Nice service.
This is a nice mall to walk around in with children. The stores are upscale, and the walkways and bathrooms are very clean. The food court area is upstairs, which cuts down on the "food smell" aspect but also means you're looking at an elevator ride for strollers. The Lego and Disney stores are right next to each other, and both will give free surprises (like stickers) to children for birthdays. The customer service is excellent at both stores. Look for the macaron stand in the middle of the mall too!
Bustling mall with all kinds of interesting shops. Visited the optometrist and food court. I enjoy the sounds of happy people. It is usually cheerful. Abundant free parking except at Christmas season on weekends. Valet service offered.
Awesome collection of stores at this large mall. Food court gets packed. Parking is easy. Mall looks good, overall. The restrooms were clean and recently serviced.
It was extremely comfortable atmosphere. The rooms were very clean. Breakfast buffet was delicious. The staff was outstanding. Thank you for such courtesy, will definitely return.
My favorite place to shop! The mall has free parking and a multitude of stores, from wedding dresses, shoe stores, athletic wear to Macy's and Dillard's. You will also find a great variety of foods to select from the food court upstairs. It is always busy regardless of the day of the week, unless you go on the weekends when it is super busy!
There are so many great, popular stores here. The mall is very clean, not ghetto. Well dressed, middle class shoppers are here, no bums hanging out. Clean and large restrooms, mix of food with plenty of seating in the food court, easy to navigate with ramps or steps. Mall has constant security guards at many corners of the mall. Lots of kiosk. The boots out front are fun to take a photo next to. Best mall in San Antonio. Good for a first date too!
This is probably one of the better, if not next mall in San Antonio to most. North Star has a good number of stores, and a nice food court. I prefer this mall to the mall on the Riverwalk.
Love it here. I come to this mall every year when we go on vacation and visit this city. There's more than one floor and the food court is tasty and spacious. Great stores to go and shop.
The Macy's men's section is incredible. I spent two hours in there and found the perfect 100% linen suit for my wedding. I'm fact, I found three different brands. Thanks Macy's!
It's a typical mall. Nothing impressive. Brightly lit, clean, security is good. Lots of parking. Easy to get to. Love the cowboy boots! Expensive.
What used to be a stellar mall has become a shadow of it's former self.
The stores used to be all high end, but have become a mix of high end and run of the mill.
The clientele, however serves to be the major changing factor, as North Star is fast becoming the place to be seen if you don't have money to shop, but want to be "seen shopping"
Unless I truly need something there that I can't find elsewhere, I try to stay away from North Star Mall.
