Friendly environment. Before I can get out of my vehicle salespeople running out to greet and see if I want to upgrade. I smile letting them know I'm happy with my Honda SUV I definitely don't want payments. Parts department is great and there's always treats in the waiting area. Free Wi-Fi 👍

Worked with Mike A. to buy a new car here. Although they wouldn't go further down from the TrueCar price, I think it was still a decent deal and there were no add-ons and unfair pressure to buy all the extras. Process went pretty smoothly for a car deal and we're happy with the customer service.

We bought a new Honda Pilot at Marina Airport Honda using the TrueCar internet service. Mike Acosta was the sales person that helped us. We were able to do the entire deal over the phone with Mike. When we came into the dealership it was completely straight forward: a quick inspection and test drive, fill out some forms, write a check, and done. It still took three hours, but that's always the case.

The key thing was that there were no surprises. No one tried to change the deal, sneak in extra charges, etc.

A special thanks to Mike is in order too. It was the end of the model year and Mike had to work extremely hard to find a color we wanted. He put in the extra effort to find the vehicle. Other dealerships were only willing to sell what was on their lot, said they could get a specific car but didn’t follow through, or were just flaky about calling us back.

Visited 2 Honda dealership to look for a car that best fits my needs. The first dealership we went to felt more like the salesperson was pushy and was trying to get us out. We decided to leave and ended up at Airport Marina Honda. Best decision to leave the first place because Robert Williams was the perfect salesperson for us. Very friendly, professional and we did not feel pressured. He took his time and respected what we wanted. Best guy for the job! Overall great staff!

Left waiting 10 minutes before getting helped, only to be told my appointment didn't matter and the wait I was told over the phone of 20-30 minutes was actually 3 - 4 hrs. Service associate seemed happy to lose my business. No organization, no one in charge and no loyalty to customers.

I picked this dealer because of the reviews here and proximity. I called and set up an appointment with Bigan the sales manager, who by the way is an awesome being. He set me up with Ali and he was very helpful. Bigan actually got a better interest than my bank on the loan and checked in on us as we began to talk numbers. If you don't want to be closed after you see and test drive the cars because you are still shopping around don't go back inside. Oh and Jay at finance is on it, overall great experience, most staff seem to be on it. I would give 5 stars except when test driving and asked about the weird sound the brakes were making sales rep said they all make that sound. Turns out that car had not been driven for a while and rust had accumulated on the disk brakes. Don't make stuff up just to try and make a sale, be honest and look out for your clients. Overall great experience.

Word of advise If you get any coupons thru mail from AIRPORT MARINA HONDA make sure u throw them away. Well atleast for the first couple of times they might work but after make sure you don't take your vehicle and money here.
I went for a simple oil change got with a different service advisor thinking there all the same but after I got my car I had to pay full price even after showing proof of recent price adjustments from coupons. I tried to explain the advisor (JORGE) the guy was just being rude and didn't honor itAfter today I'll make sure not to take my car for service at this dealer
