Believe it or not, it has been a while since I have had service done at bartels. Brian at the service desk was awesome going over my bike and explaining what would be best at this time. Only suggested what I need to do and very up front with cost!!!

Ron Bartell is the nicest guy you ever want to meet. He becomes your best friend very quickly, he's interested in your personal life and your family.
Motorcycles and motorcycle sales is secondary, your friendship and you being satisfied is the most important thing when it comes to his business! His staff is very friendly and helpful and whatever you need they can get for you at the best prices.

Stopped off on Friday pm on our way to LAX, reception were fantastic offering to store our cases and making us welcome. Plenty of choice of new, used bikes and lots of merchandise on display. Easy to find and only 15 minutes from the airport

Just your typical car like dealership where your just a number and they'll tell you whatever u wanna hear to get you in the doors. Drove 2 hours to have my time wasted. Go to quaid in loma Linda and deal with a real down to earth bike shop.
Ps they can't tell you what kinda discount they can give you off sticker unless they run your credit

I would not recommend this dealership for transportation of bikes or services. The owner was not professional. I had an issue in the service department with shipping my bike across country. The service department gave my bike to another company instead of the one I hired. The owner told me that they where not responsible for doing and even went as far as saying if a bike was stole off his property that he still would not be responsible. I was lost for word when getting this directly from the owner of the dealership. I've been a harley owner for over 20 years I have never thought that I would hear of such unprofessional comments from the own of such a very respected franchise company such as Harley Davidson. I have written the company about this owner.

Not only were the employees of Bartel's friendly and helpful, but I had such a fun experience there. Ron and I had a nice chat in his office while I waited for paperwork, telling me about the history of the shop and other interesting stories. Sharkey was kind enough to set up a motorcycle for me try out on a ramp without me even asking. This is a very nice group of people that make the buying experience an enjoyable one.
