I love this place, and won't go anywhere else. They treat you like family the moment you show up, and go out of their way to make things as affordable and as fast as possible. I can't sing their praises enough

I’ve been going to West Coast for years because they are the best! Their prices are very reasonable and the service is reliable and exceptional.

Not sure what to feel. They said everything would be finished in a day. They lost power which isn't their fault, but never even notified me until the end of the day when I thought my car would be done. They offered to pay for a rental car for the second day. End of the 2nd day I come back and it's still not finished. Finally it's finished on the third day. They gave me the 'we noticed a vibration on the front right axle, do you want us to replace it' line. I had just replaced it in July so it made me wary. It's just how do you diagnose a vibration and how do you verify if something is even wrong if they don't show you?
It did seem like they were all running around super busy so it felt a little impersonal but that was just my impression for anyone else wanting an unbiased review.response / report this review -

Had a great experience here getting my front end rebuilt and new shocks for my Bronco. The team here was direct, honest and presented my options clearly. Prices were not the cheapest I have seen, but that is a good sign Quality work costs. The prices were perfectly reasonable given the quality of the work and products installed. Very pleased with the results, will definitely be returning here for new tires and a lift kit in the future.

These guys are great. Trustworthy and efficient! Everyone there is so helpful and always in a good mood. They gave me an incredible price for a new set of tires and saved me a ton of money compared to the other quotes I received!

I have used them often over the past 10 years or so. I find them efficient reasonable and responsive. I've even had them do warranty work on vehicles rather than taking them to the dealer

I have been getting tires here for many years. I have always received excellent service. The staff has always been very polite and friendly. They are quite knowledgeable as well. I have never had to wait an unreasonable amount of time. Everyone there is very accommodating.

I had a flat tire for the first time in my life, had no clue what to do. A stranger at the gas station helped me out and referred me to West Coast tire for a patch. I brought it in before work, I was greeted immediately and they let me know they would look at it, and if it needed a patch, patch it, but if it needed anything else they would call. I got a call 1 hours later that it was all patched and good to go. I picked it up after work, and was even running late past closing hours but they stayed and helped me. only 25 bucks. awesome experience. highly recommend. Carlos helped me.

I blew out my tire. They fixed my tire. I actually blew out a 300 dollar tire, and Carlos got me an economy replacement for around 150. He didn't have to, and if they make say 10% over the value, it would have been better for them to sell me the more expensive tire! The guys working here are just people, doing their job, and doing it right. They're straight forward and friendly and just looking out for their customers. When they replaced my tire they noticed my brake pads were nearly gone. I was in a rush and couldn't replace them then, but I'm sitting in their nice waiting room right now as they replace my pads. Also I live in the valley and work at UCLA and got up extra early to come in before work. There are plenty of auto shops in the valley, but I love this one!

I have been taking my cars to West Coast for 30 years. Bob, the owner, and ALL his staff are the best. I work with Joe, Carlos, Otto, Tom, and Tim the most and they are wonderful people. They diagnose your car issues quickly, always keep you posted by phone if their original estimate of what needs to be done changes as they work on your car, and never do more than what is absolutely necessary. They save you turn-around time and money on every repair, and return your car at the time promised. They are like a family to me and a very honest and friendly shop with skilled craftsmen. Carlos helped me two days ago with my brake pads and replaced my windshield wiper water pump and motor. He said I didn't need rotors until my next brake job, saved me money on that, and sent me out safe on the road. Try them out -- you will be so happy you did.

Friendly tire shop. No nonsense. Quick service. Good pricing. They mount/unmount lots of tires for me due to having three sets of wheels used at the race track. They also deal with my SUV, pickup truck, passenger car and trailer tires. All good. After easily more than 100 tires changes over several years, never had any kind of issue.

WEST COAST is the best on the west!!
I've been to a lot of shops and always dealing with all the bullshit that comes with it. West Coast is by far the best experience I have had yet! This is a family run business and that's exactly how you will be treated, as part of the family. I highly recommend west coast tires!

I've been to West Coast Tire a few times now and have never been disappointed! They are always very quick, knowledgeable and do a great job taking care of whatever work I need done- whether it's been an oil change or an entire set of new tires. The staff is always very friendly and never is pushy or tries to oversell unneeded services. I trust their judgement which is why I keep returning! Definitely recommend- when you go there, ask for Jordan Mink! He's awesome and always had exceptional customer service.

I came to West Coast Tire because my tire pressure light had been on for weeks even after filling my tires repeatedly, and I was worried there might be a nail or some other object stuck in one of them. Better to be safe than sorry right? I didn't have an appointment, but luckily they weren't too busy. I was greeted by a nice guy who took my car right away. The spacious office was well air conditioned, which is always a plus. I filled out some paperwork and headed up to the waiting room. I didn't sit there for long though because my car was done in about 15 minutes! Turns out there was nothing stuck in any of my tires--the light just needed to be reset (which I probably wouldn't have been able to figure out how to do on my own anyway). Thanks Jordan for wonderful and efficient customer service! I'll definitely be coming back here for all of my future automotive needs.

Jordan is the man. He gives you an honest customer service experience and I never feel like I'm being sold up into fixes I don't need. He gives it to me his honest opinion and lets me decide how to proceed. He's quick and the rest of the crew is just as friendly and helpful as he is. I always have a positive experience here!
