Always pleased with service and their customer service. I could go any place else, and it might even save some money (not sure, never tried), but I do feel that Robertson Honda is honest, and I never feel like they are trying to sell me something I dont need. I do believe that there customers come first, and they always do there very best to accommodate you.

Bought a new civic from the guys and sales staff were awesome. Very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. They worked hard to make sure I got all the items I requested. I also use the service department here now, an the great service continues. I have even had the service manager hop in the car with me to drive around the block in order to understand an issue. Really friendly and service that goes above and beyond.

I purchased my car year January 2016 and love Robertson Honda! My service manager is Don Richmond, and he is extremely professional, friendly and helpful. He answered all of my questions and ensured that my total appointment time took only an hour as I needed to be somewhere at a specific time afterward.
Additionally, my air filter needs to be replaced, but he assured me that it can wait until my next service due date. I really appreciate this because I am on a tight budget, and he did not pressure me to replace something that is by no means urgent.response / report this review -

I consistently use Marcel in the service department each time I go get service. He has always been extremely professional and courteous. This last time Joe was my service provider and he is the epitome of professionalism. Just as Marcel, Joe provides exceptional service. I would like to thank the entire team in the service department because from the moment I enter (greeted professionally) until the moment I leave I am sincerely grateful for the character and knowledge of the entire team.

Don Richmond is my new favorite service advisor. Always professional but yet funny and nice. Pleasant person to deal with at the dealership. He gets the job done on the same day. Always calls to keep me posted on the status of repairs and requests authorization to proceed with repairs, if any. Truly recommend. Happy customer. This dealership has kept my SUV running like new.

I went in for a recall. Robertson Honda had such great staff with a lot of insights.
My Service Adviser was Marcel - very helpful and efficient. Marcel clarified all questions and gave detailed instructions about what to expect.
The service was very professional, fast, and easy.

Best car buying experience I've ever had!
These guys are extremely knowledgeable and not overly pushy. The process was very easy and their prices are very competitive. No need to waste time haggling with salesman - they make it fast and easy

The professionalism and knowledge of the Robertson Honda staff is second to none. Rick is my service professional and has been with me since I purchased my Honda in 2015. is Rick is honest, consistent, knowledgeable and compassionate. He keep me informed about re-calls and I never feel like he is trying to make an extra buck or break my bank when I come in to have my car serviced. His manager is great as well. He is attentive and is always willing to work with customers because he understands that in today's economy, money isn't always plentiful. There is a family atmosphere herr and as customers we know we can trust Robertson Honda 100%.

Wish I could give a zero. Just called and got transferred, literally, 8 times. Each department saying "That's not my department, hold while I transfer you." Easiest way to lose my business. Finally, someone answered and didn't have any answers to my questions. Will never come to this location. Would highly recommend avoiding this place.

Robertson Honda is a great place to go when buying a car. Chris Cabrera is amazing guy. He really made an effort to give us the color we wanted. And he treated us like his family. Great deal as well. I recommend to visit this dealer once before you make a decision to buy a car.

Hamlet helped me get my first car in 15yrs. I'm a NY transplant and didn't know a thing about what was needed in a reliable LA car. He walked me through all my options and helped me make an educated choice. You definitely feel like your needs are put first rather than pushing a car on you. Loving my 2016 Honda Civic!

"Over the top experienced" Kevin Ramirez and the financing team really delivered their slogan of "Hassle Free, One Simple Price" it was a truly and wonderful experienced yesterday purchasing a brand new Honda Accord for my wife. We were very impressed with the way they went above and beyond with the purchased process by helping us with APR, trade in and payments. Thank you Robertson Honda for treating my wife and I with great respect. The entire team made our 1st wedding anniversary yesterday a very memorable day, ending up with a trip to Malibu in our brand new Honda Accord.
