This was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. No back and forth or hassle. I did not spend all day at the dealership like I usually do. While Violet made sure I got the car I wanted (no one else in Southern California had the car I was looking for), Michael made the experience super easy for me. He did made me feel comfortable and really worked hard to get me the deal I wanted. Helena in Financial was amazing as well. It’s a great team they have here and I would definitely go back for my next Mercedes.

Excellent ,fast,efficient service received every time I visit! Richard Alvarez is great!!! He goes above and beyond to make sure his clients are satisfied. My service provider is Sarah Q. and she is absolutely AMAZING! Enough can not be said at how diligent and caring she is. She helps you feel comfortable and assured that whatever is wrong with your car (if not coming in for a simple service) is taken care of and that you understand exactly what is to be done to your car and why. I have never, ever had any problems and every time I bring my car into MB of Beverly Hills, I know that Sarah will take care of me and my car will be in good hands. She is very down to earth and professional with her work. Couldn’t ask for anyone better.

Rick sold me my car and the entire process was very untypical for dealing with a car salesman. He was very straightforward and honest, easy to work with and made the experience enjoyable, quick and easy. I highly recommend working with Rick on your next purchase or lease. Helen in finance was equally outstanding in that she made the paperwork a quick and easy process. This was unlike any car buying experience I've ever had and will absolutely be back in the future!

I always go to the Beverly Hills Mercedes Benz for all my service needs on my Mercedes Benz and I was so satisfied with my experience this time specially with my service advisor Dez Ballard. He took care of all of my service needs and on top of that followed up twice while my car was at the service shop and called after to follow up and see if everything was good with my car. He is just a sweet heart and very easy going and understanding with all my needs. I will definitely return to him if my car needs any more servicing!

I highly recommend Mercedes Benz Beverly Hills. They were very helpful and they went out of their way to ensure I was completely satisfied as I walked out.

I was helped by Angel, who was kind enough to go through the process with me and ensure I was happy and satisfied with my purchase. He dedicated a lot of his time to go through the procedure and ensured that I was having a joyful experience despite the lengthy process. I will definitely return in the future to purchase another car from him.

Also, Helen, the financial manager was very accommodating. She made the most complicated part of the experience as smooth as possible and ensured my continued satisfaction with my purchase. I was also able to meet up with Nadia, the head of sales, who further expanded on how enjoyable the experience was. All in all, buying a car is normally a hassle, but MB Beverly Hills made it very smooth and comfortable.

I definitely would not recommend to buy any CPO from this dealership. I got my approved CPO only 6,000 miles on it, I drove it for 3 months then the car literally started to fall apart. First the engine light came out and the car wouldn't accelerate or start, then the driver's seat, then the sound system, they had to keep my car for more than 8 weeks at the dealership. And yet it was not fixed, had to give it to Fletcher Jones. Last thing now is that the hard top (it is a convertible) is leaking water under the rain!! Yes, you read it correct, the MERCEDES BENZ is leaking water!! I wish I got a Toyota or something that is more reliable, or went to a dealership that won't sell you a car like this! I had the car less than 10 months and all of this is happening! And now I have been asked to pay $1,900 if I want to fix the hardtop leakage! The original price of the car was around $33, ended up paying $42K to get all kinds of extra warranty to avoid moments like that but yet the hard top leakage is still not covered!

The service advisors are mostly nice, but it is not their problem if the sales department sold you a car like this!

Be careful, my car was a fraud! and big chance your car might be a fraud too..
