It's ridiculous to pay half price on parts you have to dismantle yourself. And the return policy is garbage as well.

There was one guy at the gate that was a jerk but all the other people were really nice. I think the jerk guy was new. If you go into the premium yard the parts are 30 percent more. I got a dip stick and oil cap for $10. I also found a 1944 penny!

Bought a part under warranty. Didn't work. $30 for part, $13 for warranty. They said I could only get a replacement part (car was not available) or get only the warranty money back, not the money for the part.

So I would only be getting my own money back I paid to cover the chance the part didn't work.

I accepted. They pointed out the part was broken. I told them it was broken when I bought it. They said they couldn't return my $13 warranty money because the part was damaged.

Save your money. Don't buy a warranty. It does nothing.

I went back to my car to stow the defective part. I still had to find something else. Guy at the front who I just paid to enter and also told me I couldn't get my money back asked if I had already paid with a smug look on his face.

    Won't be coming back.

Only if you are Latino, will you receive service. As a 6 foot tall white man I am continually discriminated against. I started doing business with pick a part in 1981. It seems the Latino family behind LKQ has decided they will openly and obviously discriminate against all whites. The proof, take a look at ALL CASHIERS. As for discrimination on pricing, you'll need to speak and understand Spanish. Don't take my word for it, just listen to the cashiers, many great deals can be heard transpiring in Spanish, and if you want service in English, you'll pay the MAXIMUM, PLUS.
What was once a good idea has been limited to Latinos only. I was there last week chasing parts, I looked around and realized there were no longer any white employees. None. That doesn't happen by accident, if you pay the 3.00 entrance fee you too can be discriminated against by the ALL LATINO staff.

Is the worst place to go the staff is ignorant about what a part is called they make up their own price and is mostly very high i had an emblem for honda which is 3 on ebay new and here at this place the cashier wanted 25 dollars and 150 for a headlight switch that new is 125. Just ridiculous to bad they have what most people need but they should hire trained staff

I've been there at this place for parts in the past and recently..
Most of what I needed was all ready gone.. That for the most important satiation is that you will see the donner car.. But there are very slim picking If you have the time and the money, its best to show up everyday when they set up new cars Also they charge way more than what should be legally considered correct. There are no real locations to wash up and clean your hands.. So you're gonna need to bring provisions. Watch out for the food truck that's there. You'll be ripped off blind before your head is secured on straight again. Cuz everything is expensive or double the regular price. That's my personal review..

I called the number and they said sure we can program your remote for your truck then I get there and he says his lap top is acting funny come back tomorrow. So I called and he says yeah come down so I go there and he tried and said no its not working sorry . I ask him when they are going to fix the lap top and he says they can't and they won't fix it at all . So basically they can't do remotes both kids there are like high school kids and act like it NEED SOMEONE ADULT AND RESPONSIBLE THERE WILL NEVER GO BACK TERRIBLE.

There web site inventory is a complete joke, and a blatant lie. Supposedly they dropped the truck in the attached picture at 7:48am, as you can see in the pictures it was complete. I got there at 10am, to find it completely stripped. The entire dash, steering wheel, passenger seat, windows, doors, tail gate, rear bumper, tail lights, and tires and wheels all GONE. They try to claim that happened in 2 hours? Then I look closer and see the rust from where the rain was hitting the frame for the dash. I note the car behind it is so close there was no room for a bumper to have been on it when it was dropped. Clearly they strip the good parts off and sell them somewhere else, and then charge us $3 to look at the left over scrap. If you like paying money to rummaging through junk, fine, but other wise avoid this place.

It's over. If you absolutely Need something used head over. There are no good deals they have completely screwed the public since the competition closed. I hope LKQ burns down

Back again today. Rude as usual. The prices on the board don't matter they just mAke up prices because it looks more valuable than the list. We are getting shafted by this facility.

Great lot with tons of cars. They have always had what I have needed. Prices do seem a bit high compared to other lots. I have also noticed that there are people that take parts off and hide them in locked trunks so others cannot get to them. Maybe all the turbo locks should be removed when the car comes to the lot

I love this place. They have a webiste where you can check if they carry a part you need, or at least you'd know if there is a car that you'd can potentially use as a part donor :) $3 to enter and bring your own tools. Know that if yoi don't have tools with you, you can only buy them but it is not cheap.

The selection is pretty good, they at least TRY to keep the web inventory up-to-date (though today I did go on a goose chase) and I usually find something I need.
The female staff are usually nice, but most of the men in this place treat you like they're going out of their way just to talk to you. The exception is the guy who takes the "toll" and checks bags on the way in - he seems to be pretty cheerful most of the time.
