I went in today for a tire rotation and oil change. I was told at check-in that the wait would be about 2.5 hours which I was ok with. About 1.5 hours later, they took my truck back to be serviced. I watched as they pulled it into the bay, and raised it to begin working on it. It didn't take long at this point. They lowered it back down at which time, a gentleman came and informed all who were waiting that they would be closing the doors to have a Christmas party! So..I waited for another hour (three hours total) to get my truck which had been parked during the entire Christmas party. All they needed to do was back it up, let me pay and leave. When I checked in..I should have been made aware that they would be having a Christmas party and at what time, so that I could make a decision on whether or not I wanted to stay and wait. I think that this was unacceptable. There are many other Ford dealerships in the area and I choose to come here. I may have to take my services elsewhere next time.

Phil Powell exceeded our car buying experience. He first listened to my needs and wants. This allowed him to know which direction and approach he needed totake. No one likes spending hours in a dealership and he respected my time by doing all the necessary work prior to me getting there. He was extremely patient with me as I decided on the “perfect” truck for me. After he showed me a few vehicles, I still wasn’t satisfied and I apologized. He assured me that his goal was to make me happy with my purchase. He was true to his word. They didn’t have the vehicle I wanted on their lot but he found one and they went and picked it up just for me, AMAZING!!! I would highly recommend Phil to anyone looking to purchase their next vehicle. Everyone that I interacted with at Adamson was beyond professional and polite. After visiting 2 previous dealerships, one of those my husband and I had purchased 2 vehicles from, didn’t even compare to the experience we had with Phil. The experience, knowledge and level of customer service he provided was remarkable. Keep up the great work Phil!!!!

Mr. Justin Gray was very knowledgeable about the vehicle in question (Ford Fusion 2018). I absolutely loved his personality and the fact that he was able to keep me calm through the process. I purchased a car for my son .I had a wonderful experience herethey were very helpful and worked with me for the best deal possible. I told them what I wanted and they went to work. I am very happy with the results and being able to purchase an affordable nice vehicle for my son. After going to many dealerships and being humiliated, I found myself here. I worked with Karley and she was literally the NICEST person I have ever met. She didn't haggle me. She didn't force me to do anything. And best of all, I felt as if I was part of the Adamson family. Everyone here was very nice and made me feel at home. From beginning to end, I was satisfied with the customer service. They were willing to go out of their way to ensure that I got what was best for me. If you're looking for any car, come here and talk to them and they will treat you as part of the family!

Being that it was first purchase for a car with no co-sign may I add it was great. My seller/dealer did all that he could to have me in a new car. And all the other employees I met were just as nice and helpful. I love my new 2017 Ford Focus.

Originally posted a negative review about two bad experiences i had with the service dept.
The very next day Rick gave me a courtesy call about the problems i experienced.
Rick went above and beyond to make it right!
That goes to show how much they care about their customers and customer satisfaction.
I'm definitely satisfied and blown away with the level concern Rick has shown to remedy my problem.

The level of customer service was beyond anything I've ever dealt with at any dealership. Mark in the service center went above and beyond to help me work with my warranty company to get the water pump replaced. He found and repaired everything quickly and efficiently. I will definitely recommend this dealership to my own friends and family.

This is the place where you can easily find your dream car at a good price. Thank you very much for my Ford Focus. I enjoyed driving it every day. Now I have three little children and it's a bit small for all of us, so it's time to sell my lovely Ford at Repokar auto auction. I will miss it very much!
