Last night some friends and I went to see The Last Jedi. My friend had accidentally bought tickets for AMC 14 in Legends and NOT the one on Ward Parkway. Not sure why they're called the same thing but whatever. The people working at Ward Parkway took care of everything and even got us into a later showing so we didn't have to miss it completely. Great work and great people. Won't go anywhere else to see a movie.

The movie started at 10. Arrived at 10min after. No hotdogs. No pizza. No pretzels. Popcorn and nachos were only items available. I bought popcorn. I decided during preview that I would like a drink. Concession stand closed before movie even actually started. This is the 3rd visit like this. Poor Customer Service. RUDE.Aaron behind counter was stating that I barely was able to get popcorn cause he was ready to go home. Supv standing there never said a word. Used to LOVE this theatre. Wish i could give 0 stars.

Love it. Seats are comfy, screens are clear, and surround sound is great. The popcorn is excellent. Just like enjoying a movie in the comfort of your own home.

$5.00 Tuesday's and great chairs. Saw "IT" here, clowns suck. Side note: My girlfriend strongly suggested to the people sitting behind us to , "keep it down". I later figured out that the sweet man was translating for his girlfriend who does not speak English. #waytobeajerk

My favorite theater. The first showing gets a discount. Comfy seats that recline. Everyone is friendly. Reserved seating means you don't need to arrive early if you buy your tickets online, but if you do, they have alcoholic specials for the biggest movies to help pass the time. They also have a second, smaller bathroom in the back that is often empty.

I was on crutches the last time I visited here, so I took advantage of the lift for disabled persons. This was easy to locate. But it was pretty dimly lit back there, and it took multiple tries before the buttons worked to operate the lift.
The staff here has always been friendly & efficient!

Great seating, good movie selection. Online purchasing and now delivery to seat for confections. It's a movie theater so the confections or a drink from their bar is going be a little pricey.

I love being able to choose your seats when you buy your tickets. It allows us to come a bit later to the theater and avoid the adverts. The crowd is always respectful and the chairs are comfy.

Do not go here if you are under 18 I repeat do not go here if you are under 18 without an adult. First off when we came they let us puchase our tickets. We waited for a friend and they didn't let her get her ticket because she was under 18 (me and my friends or all 17). We refund the movie thinking it was the movie we wanted to see beause it was rated R wait for an hour for another movie add get told you have to be 18 to go inside the movie. What moron made this idiotic rule. And why didn't the cashiers tell us about this rule why lets us by the ticket and go threw all this trouble if we can't even go inside?? He must have just added this rule because in October we got in no problem. Let me say you lost my money. I won't be coming back for a while maybe that's why they charge so much

Love this movie theater. State of the art. Reserved seating. Bar inside. Be quick to get tickets for popular showings. Front row is too close for my liking in all the showings I have been to here.

Used to be my favorite place to see movies. Past few visits have been less than great and today will probably be my final. To begin with I purchased my ticket online and was supposed to be able to check in at a kiosk thus avoiding any line. Kiosks were not working so stood in line until an employee with a handheld scanner finally showed up. So I paid a service fee to buy the tickets online to make things smoother and that's not what I got. The seats are definitely comfortable but the sound level is just horrific. I literally have been taking some type of ear protection to wear during the previews for sometime now. Today the movie itself was so loud the earplugs were never out. And that was added to by the booming sounds coming from theaters on either side. I'm sure I'm not the only one that finds this experience incredibly uncomfortable and will be making a different choice to see new movies. As an additional note, when you purchase a ticket for these theaters you have an assigned seat. Every time I've been there in the last year someone in the theater has just come in and sat down wherever they wanted to and then the person who actually bought that seat has to ask them to move. Twice I witnessed near fights break out because the people who had just plopped themselves down didn't think they should have to move and made a big stink about it. Sad, I have loved going to the big screen since I was a child.
