Great staff the young lady at the front desk was very helpful. The room was kind of clean overall. Except for the hair in the shower.

This is by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.. The room they put us in wasn't clean. Dust everywhere and nothing wiped down. Stains on the task chairs and the floor to bathroom and kitchen were sticky. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Surprised they haven't been shut down yet!

They wouldn't let me check in early after my girlfriend ran the KC Marathon so we literally say in the parking lot for 2 hours. The staff was rude and plain out lame. Never saw a smile. Asked if they had a pain killer for a headache and without even looking up at me they cut me off by saying "no." WiFi sucked. The was a drunk cripple laying in the rain outside of the front entrance around 10 pm. I have no idea what that's about. The hallways smelled like marijuana in the morning as we were leaving. I really want to stress just how lame and unfriendly the staff was; cold glances and shoulder shrugs. You can find better customer service in Europe for goodness sake. Never staying here again.

Made reservations for a double room 2 weeks in advance paid for and everything and front desk clerk Jose informed us that they did not have a double available that they were overbooked! Room was trashy and very unclean when we did finally get one. Never again! Don't waste your time or money at this hotel.

Lady down the hall had a dog in her room that had the most annoying bark/howl I've ever heard, the room had a strong smell of weed upon entering.. cheech and Chong would pass out it was so strong, room itself was not too bad.

All kinds of weird smells. Our room (327) reeked of feet and dog AND HAS FLEAS. I was bitten within 3 minutes of us walking in. The bed had two pillows. One down pillow and one foam and NO BLANKET. I called front desk and the woman who sounded as though she was an 80 year old heavy smoker with her raspy deep voice gave me attitude about asking for more pillows. She said there were no more pillows and I could call back in 30 mins for a blanket and they MAY have one. I did not call again. Bed was stiff and uncomfortable. Really, the worst hotel I have EVER been to. We will not be back. Waste of my money. If all the rooms are this bad I don't know how this place stays in business. Go somewhere else. Anywhere but here.

Rooms were gross. Shannon at the front desk was amazing at helping to resolve the issues.
They hotel doesn't have coffee pots or hair dryers in the rooms. The breakfast consists of coffee , oatmeal, breakfast bars and small muffin.

Room was barely cleaned. The bed was made and that is it. I found chicken mcnuggets behind the tv one of the chairs was grossly stained. the bedside table had grime on it. The shower had hairs in it and both the sink and toilet were left unscrubbed. I would not recommend staying here at all and regret giving this company money.

Good customer service. Not an amazing hotel, but affordable. Kitchen is stocked very well if you want to cook in your room.

Very clean rooms. Full refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, LG TV, ironing board, iron, two desk areas, NO BED BUGS! And if you book on Priceline you can get a room from $40-43 a night. Staff is friendly.

This was seriously the WORST hotel I have ever stayed in, in my entire life. If there was a spot to be 0 stars, I would put 0 stars. They seriously should be shut down - I'm about to contact the health department for the violations that they have. My mother and now myself, ended up with bed bug infestation that traveled home with us. There was a used feminine product in the hallway, the bed sheets had blood stains as well as dried mucus on them, the amount of black curly hairs behind the headboard were absolutely disgusting. I am so upset by the lack of cleanliness and customer service they have provided. Safe yourself the hassle ---- do not stay here..EVER!

Stay was ok, usually cleanliness is a bit of a hit or miss but I've only had to request a different room once in the 4 times I've stayed there because the cleaners had missed some blood on the floor in the bathroombut to be fair it concealed itself very well into the dark tile floor. Occasionally toilet paper and soap are missing but again, it happens. Area is safe and quiet, never felt uncomfortable during my stay there.

    BEWARE! STAY AWAY AS POSSIBLE!
The most disgusting place I have ever seen. I'm unlucky ever having to spend a couple of hours here because there is no other place for me to crash at. The front desk lady was rude and disgusting. She was wearing a shirt with holes in it. The shirt also had blood spots around the neck area. I am welcomed into the room by the smell of cigarettes. They gave me a smoking room as a nonsmoking room! Under the bed was a shoe and lots of cotton balls; like something chew through a pillow. This place need to be clean up; building and staff. Even the lobby had dog hair all over the carpet; invest in a Dyson vacuum! Extended Stay America should look into this location immediately, unless they don't care who represents them.
