Today was a great experience overall! Two days before Christmas and I was able to park, shop, and checkout without any mess or fuss. I genuinely appreciate NFM being staffed appropriately to allow shoppers to have a great encounter regardless of it being the busiest time of the year!
The 2 associates that helped me were also very good at listening to what I needed and then helping me find exactly what I was looking for. My son and my nephew will both be excited this year!response / report this review -

We bought our couches from them almost a year ago now. We love our new furniture. Paying our online bill has been great. Delivery and set up was great. We just now purchased a HP laptop and our sales associated was excellent. I have never purchased a laptop before and he took the time to explain everything to me. I called the help set up desk when I got home as instructed and they set up my antivirus, removed bloatware and installed of my office programs. The set up was fast and easy to understand. I am excited about my new purchase and plan on buying from this store for years to come!

I went to Nebraska Furniture Mart for the first time with my family today. As soon as we walked in the doors we were greeted by a friendly security guard that went out of his way and found a wheelchair for my mother in law. The store is amazing and the people working there are super friendly. Every employee was helpful and had a smile on their face. I can definitely say that I have found my new go to for everything store! I love Nebraska Furniture Mart!!

I was shopping for a PS4 prior to Christmas, so the store was very busy. There was still a good selection of gaming systems left at a great price even though the holidays are fast approaching. There were a lot of salespeople on hand to ask questions which made buying this easier for someone who knows nothing about gaming. However, I did eventually ask another customer a few questions regarding accessories for the system as the salesperson admitted not knowing a lot about the PS4 initially and he was extremely busy. Yet, the experience was positive.

We came in looking for a dining room table. There was an excellent selection in pretty much every price range.
We found the table we wanted and a sales associate came over to help us.
The sales associate gave us some additional information about the dining set and answered all of our questions. He was also kind to my children.
The transaction was quick and we were even able to pay right there instead of having to get in a line to pay. We really appreciated that because our young kids were becoming antsy.
As we were leaving we saw that Santa was there. Our kids got to see Santa and enjoy cookies and hot chocolate afterwards.
We love being able to get great furniture and a good price from a place that is so family-friendly!response / report this review -

Amazing experience as always here. My sales person was Beth in the appliance department. She was very knowledgeable about the items I purchased. I went to buy a deep freezer and walked out buying a dishwasher also (not her fault lol). She was very informative about the financing deal and knew the answer to ALL my questions about each appliance. I asked A LOT of them and she was very patient with me. When it's time for the refrigerator or stove then I will be back and looking for her to help me again; assuming she hasn't received a big promotion by then 😉. She deserves it

Just an incredible shopping experience. Our NFM employee offered assistance at just the right time. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. This store has what you need and probably what you want in a great price range. My wife and I met Mrs. B many years ago in the Omaha store. I believe her spirit is alive and well in all her store locations today.

Delivery is shoddy, I ordered a special item and had to wait for it to come in. I called to check on it and oh yeah we have it. Nobody tried to schedule the delivery, it only happened because I called in. I request a 5-9 delivery on a day I'll be home in the evening. Guess what time they call to tell me that they are headed my way? 130pm while I'm still at work. The driver doesn't offer a solution, just that they will be done by 5. So I have to leave work early to accommodate for a delivery that is outside of the window. I don't get how you can be that bad at scheduling. If you don't offer 5-9 pm delivery then don't lie to me and say you do.

I have had the best experience here for my business than any other place. If you want high end quality with a guarantee and comparable price, this is it , the staff were great and very knowledgeable about their products prices and installations. I highly recommend them and I'm not a five star rater ever, but they deserve 6 stars really.

Super happy with everything . Janelle was wonderful at assisting me and had great advice. Really a super nice young lady. I'd recommend her and Nebraska Furniture Mart to anyone. Great experience from beginning to end. Paying at customer service was great as well. There's a lot of stores and businesses that could really learn a thing or two from this company. Sales people are always very knowledgeable about the products they carry and inquisitive about what your needs and wants are. My wife and I never felt rushed and making our decisions. The delivery staff is always very professional and courteous and have been on time.

Fantastic shopping experience! So many choices and help is everywhere. Not overbearing, just really helpful. Furniture is arranged so that you can imagine it in your home. Checkout and delivery so accommodating. Personal really enjoy their jobs and the choices of brands is outstanding.

Don't shop anywhere else! I have been a 25 year Executive in Customer Service and a Customer Consultant for the last two years. Lisa was an incredible salesperson. Friendly, knowledgeable and honest! She gave us a deal we were very pleased with. Her attention to what we needed not what she could cell us made our experience o "One of a Kind" customer experience! Lisa has made me a "Raving Fan" of the Nebraska Furniture Mart!

My experience shopping at NFM in KC was fantastic. Sales staff approached me to ask if I needed assistance, but gave me space to look around showrooms and make my own decisions. Sales staff in the living room and kitchen areas were knowledgeable and able to answer my questions. The sales process is efficient and painless. Great sales going on at this time as well.

We have prob spent 5-$10,000 here over the 7 years here in KC. At 1st I'd always recommended them. However, the quality at this place has dried up. Staff are helpful and not too pushy. They have good selection and it's a nice store, but I have seen the trend for quality decline. I'd shop around and use this place as a last resort. Most of our in & outside furniture and appliances are from here so I speak from experience.
