Good place, great program
The most God awful and most unorganized company I have ever seen. 3 months worth of interviews to find out that they hired a "friend " of the HR director. I then interviewed with the "friend" who told me point blank I've never really done this sort of work before.
Keep Doing It
Good programs to help those in need find a job
Good community service programs
"The," most horrible experience I have ever had in a "working environment." Customers are great. Managers are horrible. They leave you unassisted without any help. It's like a glorified garage sale. They do not care about their employees at all. It's supposed to be a not for profit. My manager didn't even know what a 501C meant (not for profit). It's ran just like any other "corporation."
Don't work there. Or shop for that matter. You may pick up something that you don't want (bugs or moldy crap). The people going sorting through the clothes and donations should definitely wear face masks.
