Good place to shop for Christmas or to spend money 💸most of the places have good service and it is clean most of the time.
I like the stores in the middle and the tech and toys store, they have a lot of cool rc toys and they can customize phone covers. Their service is very good. We went there for a long time and they always recognize us and give us better deals. They also sell hover boards.

Although this place is crazy busy during the holidays it's always safe and secure and has really fun stores. Good restaurants right around there. It's like the last vibrant Mall in Kansas City. I've got plenty of the anchor/chain stores like JCPenney and Macy's. Plus they have a nice food court.

The folks running Santa's workshop could use some assistance of an efficiency consultant. We arrived at the mall at 6pm and the line was just inside Santa's workshop. We immediately think this is great, 30 minutes and well be seeing Santa. Unfortunately it was 2 hours until we saw the jolly guy. The time between kids averaged about 6 minutes. I'm all for not feeling rushed and enjoying the Christmas spirit however a little speed between photos would make it more enjoyable for all.

There was open, and plenty, of parking at all points of the mall. There are a few maps once inside to help with navigation, although a manned desk would have been beneficial. If there was one, I didn't notice it. Maybe because it's getting closer to Christmas and I didn't see because of the number of people. But, easy enough to find our way around with the maps. There were areas to rest and take young kids is applicable. The stores seemed to have enough staff to manage the amount of shoppers. Most stores were busy at this time of year. Overall it was a great experience. Also, many stores had excellent sales going on. We took advantage of some of them. 😀

The oak park mall is definitely the trendy place to be in KC. Especially around Christmas, the complex is beautifully decorated. There are lots of places to eat, restrooms, a dining area, video game stations, all kinds of fun fascinating activities that cater to all ages. I have been coming to this mall for years and likely spent more than I care to know. My only word of warning would be to the vendor who sells the light up shoes. They guarantee a replacement with receipt, but when you go back in to return anything, they change the brand name and logo on the booth claiming that it was a "different guy" who sold me the shoes. Definitely avoid purchasing from the shoe booth. As for the sunglasses booth, I've had a pair of polarized sunglasses for $9. They've lasted me months and worked wonders for cheap. Every so often, famous sports players come in to give autographs and such as well, I don't know much about that but I'm sure it's on the website.

Prices too high. Everything in the mall can be purchased from the store's internet sites 40% cheaper or more! Mostly young kids working and could care less about the patronsa few stores have cool employees and managers that are helpful and knowledgeable like Spencer's Giftsbut most retail outlets just want your money but can't help you personally. All of the restrooms STINK. You can smell the wretched plumbing as soon as you walk through the doors at any entrance. Food court is dirtytrash overflowing. Security is never around when you need them for any type of help. Pretty much just a teenage hangoutshop online and be happy. Save a fortune! Spend the extra money you saved on your family elsewhere.

This mall is Op, fantastic shops and people, diverse crowd, safe. The mall has stood strong while many malls have come and gone. Great place to just walk around or just to grab a bite. Love this mall.

Liked the mall. Nice assortment of shops. Food court wasn't great. They need different fast food places in there. Nice experience.

It is a great place to go walk, climate control some times really good sales people are usually nice good place to unwind. I love going to indoor malls!! I relax and spend money! I don't like shopping on line!! I like face to face shopping, walking around! Really nice mall!

Everyone is in a rush and kind of assholes. Store employees all seem to assume how ever your dressed is how big or small your wallet is.. and they have signs posted no conceal or open carry. also everything is extremely over priced.

Very nice mall with lots of activities do kids. Be careful as there is usually a pretty decent sized crowd. Also, there's not anywhere in the mail to sit and have a drink during happy hour that I'm aware of.

I can usually find what we need here. It's a pretty good selection of stores; although, it's certainly more geared toward it's female shoppers. Of course.

I love this mall. This is by far my favorite mall in the kansas city area. Everything is easy to find and the entire mall is very clean. Traffic is also controlled well even on busy days. I recommend this mall over all the other ones in the area.

A nice mall to get anything from shoes to a shaving kit. Good variety of stores for everyone in your group. From higher-end retails like Nordstrom to lower side they have what you need. Location is clean and parking has never been an issue. Avoid high traffic times and your experience will increase for the better.
