A fairly remote hotel is you want to get downtown although traffic in Kansas City is surprisingly reasonable. Even during rush hour it took about 45 minutes to get to Lee's Summit. The hotel itself was fairly basic and a little worn. The front desk staff is often away. Breakfast was decent with both hit and cold options. The rooms are average size and clean. There's a Wendy's and one other restaurant close by, but if you want more variety, you'll have to drive about 10 minutes.

Just a 20 minute drive from the city, this hotel was at a great location. Staff was excellent and everything was just as expected. A nice little place to stay for a few days.

We used this hotel for airport parking. When we arrived around 4:15 in the morning, and the front desk attendant was asleep behind the desk. Once she woke up, she was pleasant. I had worked in hospitality management for 2 years and sleeping on the job, like in most industries, is grounds for termination, even if you're working the 3rd shift. The driver of the van was very nice and got us to the airport quickly and efficiently!

Great place to stay! Priced perfectly. Excellent wifi signal for free! Free breakfast! Even an outdoor pool that is actually maintained. Very close to the Harley Davidson dealer and a Cracker Barrel.

The inn was in a great location close to ecerything but just far enough not to be in the major city. The room was comfy and quiet. The bathroom and shower was small but perfect for our needs. The hot water was excellent. All in all we had a great stay and are looking forward to next time.

Picked the location as a mid-point of two day trips I was taking prior to attending a conference. The hotel was a little more "tired" looking than pictures reveal. The carpet in the hallway looks really worn and desperately needs replacing. The room has that horrible smell that I can never identify, but it always reminds me of something uses to cover the smell of smoke, even though it's a non-smoking room. The room is standard fare, no closet, just a rack to hang clothes from. The toilet and shower are behind a sliding door, sink area open to room. The beds are quite soft, I often felt i was going to slide off the edge. Small bar fridge included. The free breakfast is the usual yogurt, cereal, waffle offering and makes for a nice start to the day. I don't think I'd stay here again, just leaves me feeling a little dirty.

I have stayed here a few times now. I love that it is right off the highway. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. The hallways could use some touch ups, otherwise I am always pleased with my stay here.

The hotel is the sort of bare bones accommodations you expect for the price. It's conveniently close to the airport and in a complex of various other hotels. The rooms were adequate, if a little small. The breakfast had both hot and cold items and was filling, but not exactly luxury dining. Staff were friendly and helpful. There was an odd musty smell permeating some areas and the elevators. No issues with my stay though

Rooms are nice and clean. Internet is fast. Pool wasn't open and it was 70° in May, but I'll forgive that. The location is within a five minute drive of both the airport and a wide variety of restaurants. The staff is friendly. It's the perfect 2 Star hotel, at a great price.

Great rooms and prices. Continental breakfast is decent, though a bit one ended. All meat is pork based which doesn't work for me but the waffles we're good.

The location of the hotel is great and is conveniently located near a prominent highway I needed to commute to where I was going. The room itself smelled bad, like urine as soon as we entered. Staff wasn't prompt about cleaning up and restocking during the free breakfast. Ordered a roll away bed which was gross, and we didn't use it after the first night. Blow dryer didn't work work. Besides that, there were no major issues, and no signs of bedbugs.
