Me and my family went on Tuesday. It was the best time ever. It was the most fun and relaxing time I ever had. The theater was beautiful and spacious. The service is fantastic. I would definitely recommend this place for all adults.
The system for these theaters suck. They don’t disclose the closing time of the center so your misinformed on the process of when they open or close. I️ hope a bigger company buys you out and betters the technology. Your taking away the pleasant experience of going to the movies and making it a disaster.
The service was horrendous. The waitress took 15-20 minutes to get over to us when everyone else had their drinks and failed to provide us refills. Not only that, but our order was brought out wrong the first time. Then she tried to correct the problem and still brought out the wrong item on a small simple menu. The least that could have been given was a discount but no such sympathy was showed. I am a waiter too so I am naturally inclined to leave a generous tip as long as the standard service was given, but this case was ridiculous. It was definitely her fault since the receipt even showed she rang in the wrong food twice. Also the menu for this establishment needs to show upfront that a soda would cost 5$ and not even include a refill. Me and my girlfriend will never travel back to this establishment for the rest of our lives.
The movie was great but the food was horrible as well as service. This was not my first visit which it was great however this visit was so much different. I was the first to order and someone that order all most the same food got theirs before me. It took 45 minutes to get wings and fries. The waitress was not good at all with communicating what was taking so long. Finally once the food did arrive it was horrible. The fries tasted like it was cooked in burnt grease and the wings tasted the same. Will I ever return to this location, yes once they make some changes but not before that. Studio grill will be my next stop.
My wife and I have been to a couple of different dine in movie theaters. We typically go knowing there will be some interruption to the movie itself due to people ordering food in the middle of the movie. Due to the layout of this theater they have no choice but to cut in front of you, bump into your chair, etc all throughout the movie.
It’s basically 6 small rooms with giant tables and very uncomfortable, cheap office chairs. After paying $15 dollars a ticket they proceed to charge another small fortune for flavorless, cold food and $10+ a drink!
The screens are small, the sound is not good, and you get noise from the theaters beside you. The rooms are not elevated properly so if you sit in the back, good luck seeing all of the screen.
Terrible experience. Definitely not worth the money.
The place is freezing cold. Service is slow, lazy, and not efficient. It's so dark you can't even see your food. It took 15 minutes for me to get water plus 30 minutes to get my meal. My food was cold, it tasted awful and weird. Also, I got an item on my plate that I specifically asked to not have. I even asked for napkins and never received them, but they should bring it with your meal anyway because that's smart and make sense. Thankfully I was able to get a refund and I enjoyed the movie I saw.
It seems like since they changed management, the service has been horrible. The customer service is really bad. My friends ordered food at the beginning of the movie, and it never came. Our drink orders took forever to come. The staff told my friend, I guess your food is not coming. The manager did offer free tickets, but I will be going to another Amc theater. This is my second bad experience at this location. They really need to train their staff better. #disappointing
The movie was great! But the food was very disappointing. I ordered a shrimp wrap and only got 4 pieces of shrimp in the whole roll, which cost over $14. I also asked for NO corn in my wrap and they gave me corn in my wrap, but since the theater was dark, I didn't notice until I had already taken a bite. My waiter seemed pretty rude as well. They also charge you over $5 for a sweet tea refill. I would not recommend this theater if you are looking for good eats while you watch your movie. If you are only looking for somewhere to watch a movie without food, then this may be a good theater for you.
The service during the movie showing could have been better. There was never one official server for our table. The first one whose name was on the check was helpful with our drink orders, but she wasn't seen again. There was a little confusion with the margarita we received in a pint glass. A different server came to explain that our drinks must be order a certain way to receive them the way they look on the menu. The server then went to take our orders but never bothered to write it down. We had to correct her when she repeated back the wrong order twice, so we were nervous when the food came. A different server brought the food who was unaware of the modifications we wanted for the burgers. Nevertheless our orders were right when examined and tasted quite well, so no complaints on the food. But we did not receive any napkins with our meals. The servers were also talking amongst the movie which created a distraction. But overall the viewing experience was great along with the food, just problems with service tainted the experience.
I normally do not write reviews if I have something bad to say because I know companies work hard to build their brands however today I ain't sparing this place. My husband is a truck driver and he works on the road all the time and never home. This weekend he came home and this is the first time in about 6 months that we have been on a date due to him working so much. We went to fork and screen in Buckhead because we figured we could get a good dinner and a movie and head home to enjoy the rest of our night. However it did not go that way. When we initially got there we looked at the menus and pressed the button on the table to order. We waited and waited without no one coming to even acknowledge us. After about an hour one of the servers came back to us and said I know that you guys have been waiting to order food but the kitchen is closed. My husband became very upset because we had set there the entire time without no one saying anything to us. So we left because this defeated the purpose of us coming. We came for dinner and movie and drove 45 minutes for it. So we spoke to the manager who gave us coupons to come back on another day. Well we can back today 04/29/2017. I called before we went to try to reserve and was told by a young man that I could not reserve just to come in so that's what I did. We drove 45 minutes again all to be told that the movie time was sold out. This was the worst experience I have ever had with trying to see a movie. My weekend with my husband was ruined. My husband will be back on the rode tomorrow. This was really messed up and they would not even refund me my money. I will never ever go back to this theater ever again and I hope that others read this and take heed. The workers clearly don't care about the brand because the service was beyond poor customers service. I wish I could give a 0 star because that is what is deserved. I officially hate this place with tears in my eyes. Thanks a lot.
This was my first time going to this movie theatre. I normally go to Cine Bistro and after today, I'll continue to go there. The service was horribly slow and the food was cold and sub par at best. We ordered our food at 7 pm. At 7:30 I pushed the service buttonI server came and immediately starting apologizing, before I could say a word. She said she was also working the Beauty and the Beast Theatre. WTF!!!!! She then brought us our water. At 7:40 we received our drinksThen one whole hour after we originally placed our orders we got cold freaking food..For $90, not including tip, you would think we would at least get hot food. This place never has to worry about getting my money again. My recommendation.Go to Cine Bistro!!!
Honestly wasn't worth the money Movie was great. Food and service was horrible! 5 for a coke but not even one refill due to never seeing our server again until she was handing the bills out also brought out ice cold food after waiting about 45mins for both food and drinks! just a little tip if you want a tip witch I'm sure you do seeing as your serving us then actually '' serve'' us! Honestly I'll just contuine to go to the regular movies not even worth the up charge!
Boooooo! I wish I didn't even have to give it one star. Now that AMC has taken over this theater is trash. We paid a $4 convenience fee to buy our tickets online, in hopes to avoid the line but we still had to wait in a very long line, and the staff didn't even acknowledge our complaints. The menu contains items that they do not have. The prices for popcorn and soda have increased, and they don't have bottomless popcorn. The food service is pretty much nonexistent. used to love this theater. We drive an extra 30 minutes to this one because it used to be nicer than the one close to our house. Guess we won't be doing that anymore.
If in the area, this is the place we go for decent food and a movie. I particularly don't like the office chairs used but they are definitely more comfortable then a standard theater chair. The food is also decent but pricey as expected for a movie theater. You do pay a premium for the ticket price also. Parking is decent due to the adjoining deck but ticket booth is not covered and can be a hassle if raining. Make sure to get parking ticket validated.
