Woman please be aware of getting new tires here. I got a set of 4 tires 1.5 years ago after my tires were worn out early due to mal-alignment. Price $393. They told me everything was ok, tires were balanced and good for 50.000 miles. This did not tell me the car was not aligned. Because of that, the tires wore out in 1 year. Robert M was very rude when I came alone and gave me a discounted quote for $198 for 2 tires. That is more then I originally paid. So no discount. With my boyfriend there Robert was nicer and Bryan the manager gave us $70 off.

I have learned a valuable lesson on making sure you have an appointment.. otherwise you sit and wait 2 to 3 hours. This is while people with appointments go in front of you. I have been a faithfully customer for 20 plus years. I wished someone would have told me about making a appointment. I sure would have. No one wants to sit and wait for a couple of hours.. they need to tell their customers, hey you can make an appointment.. it would have been much appreciated by this customer of 20 plus years. So customer MAKE an appointment..

Bryan & his crew are great. After I spent 20+ years in the tire business this was the first time in my life that someone else put tires on my car. I was dreading the moment but Bryan & his crew made it a great experience. They are friendly, honest, & good at what they do. Hats off to Bryan & his crew.

So over this location! I have now been wait 2 hours and 26 minutes to get 1 tire plugged!!! Yes 1 tire!!! After informing the staff that i had to get to work as soon as possible! I called last night and made an appointment at 8 and I was here before they even opened!! They brag about all the perks you get when buying tires from discount tire like free rotation and free tire plugs but when you go to use those perks they treat you like garbage and push you further and further down the line! Really 2 1/2 hours for a 5 minute job! Y'all should be ashamed!!!! Get a bigger store if you can't keep up with demand!!!! What a joke!!!

Truly excellent service today. About to drive 2.5 hours home to Gainesville after a day visit, my dad happened to notice I had a flat tire. I rushed to Discount at 5pm and was done within about an hour. Robert was extremely attentive, kind and went above and beyond to make sure I felt safe in my car. I make a lot of trips between Gainesville and Ormond so his attention to my concern was very appreciated. This is why my entire family only buys from Discount!

Waited two hours this morning with a nail in my tire. Until I finally decided to leave and go to Stevens. I bought the tires from discount tire in Ormond beach which was a mistake and I will not do again Service after the sale is poor at best. I paid for warranty on my Michelin tires but will just cut my losses and go elsewhere rather than deal with these people. My advice would be think twice before going there. It's a numbers game with them.
