  I was in a pinch for time and these guys helped me out. I didn't know if their specials were really special, so I went to Floor & Decor to discover it was a good deal, and went with Carpet Mill Outlook. Guy in the warehouse even laughed at my jokes.

  I ordered floor tiles through Carpet Mill and they were very professional, and courteous. I will most certainly shop Carpet Mill in Aurora, Co. again.

  Went to carpet mills a year ago got carpet installed. That was an easy process. But now the carpet is already wearing on the stairs after just 1 year. I called Larry who I worked with buying the carpet. He said he sent the photos I sent him to his DM Jamie Schrader. Larry called me back saying there is nothing carpet mills can do. Which to me is absurd because carpet mills is the one responsible for selling this carpet. I highly advise to NOT buy anything from carpet mills if this is how they operate.

  (5/16/2023) Just had carpets installed in two bedrooms and closets. The installers, Miguel and Allen, were extremely detail oriented and have been doing this for over a decade together. Larry, the estimator, was very likable and friendly. Got a great price and product!

  From beginning of selecting carpet to installation. Great experience! I got to watch!! The team did awesome job. They were polite , efficient and left the area clean.
