I'd give more than 5 stars if possible. Clarence and his team do phenomenal work and truly live up to their values of trustworthiness, integrity, and fairness. They are super communicative before, during, and after service, do a fantastic job with the services themselves, and also provide super fair pricing. We hired them to clean our basement carpets that had tons of dog hair and animal odor from a previous renter. They made the carpets look and smell like an animal had never set foot down there. We were so impressed we asked them to come back and do the rest of the house to get it "show ready" to sell. Thank you for taking care of us every step of the way!

I can not recommend this company enough I had a wonderful experience!! I had a sectional that was full of dog fur and no matter how many times i cleaned it i could not get rid of the dog smell. Clarence was super warm and friendly. Not only did he get rid of all of the fur that was embedded into all of the nooks and crannies of the couch but the smell is gone. It actually looks like a brand new couch. I wish i would've taken before and after pictures to show the difference. I will happily refer any and everyone to this company. I love support local businesses.

We had a wonderful experience with Dream Catcher Carpet Cleaning. Not only was booking the service an easy process where all my questions were answered in a way that made me feel comfortable, but through the entire service their team took wonderful care of our carpets. I especially loved how they measured/charged for the sq. footage being cleaned, suggested a new tool to help with our carpets having our pets in our home, and that their cleaning products are plant based meaning we could stay in our home, and start walking on the carpets immediately afterward. The carpets looked as good as the day we first bought them after their cleaning (and we've had them 2 years, never having been professionally cleaned before this). Couldn't be happier. Thank you! (Photos below are next day after we walked on it throughout the previous night, but I wanted to include some photos so you could see how fluffy the end product still is).
