  You brought a lamp and to have it repaired. The first repair was only intermittent the second repair they handed it back to me in pieces.

  I wholeheartedly do not recommend this store. We had an experience similar to others below where there was an incredibly high diagnostic fee (un refundable) to get our coffee machine fixed. It was our responsibility for not just turning around and leaving the store so we have to own that. We do have a higher priced coffee machine and the language they used initially made it seem like the repairs wouldn’t cost that much more than the down payment. We came to learn that not only was the wait time 3-4 weeks but that their repair estimate was over 600 dollars in addition to the over 200 dollars we put down. You can get a brand new model of our coffee maker for that price. We decided to eat the cost of the down payment rather than spend the extra money towards repairs. I have to ask - whats the point of going here if their prices are that exorbitant. I want to support local businesses but their practices here of getting you stuck with a sunk cost are not worth it.

  These guys are great. The tech was able to save us money by servicing the inside of our vacuum rather than replacing parts or the whole thing. Friendly and professional, overall great experience.

  Was able to get my machine cleaned and serviced within a week with a rush charge. Other local shopes were quoting me 3-4 weeks without option for a rush.
  
  As a person who works with my machine to make money the extended wait time was not an option.
  
  I made sure to ask for range in cost when I dropped the machine off. They explained a rush charge would be about $40- $60 and with a foot control I could expect about $250-$350 for the total cost.
  
  My machine was ready within 1.5 weeks on the date we agreed upon. The total for the service was $421.15.
  
  The cost surprised me-- but my machine was returned in beautiful condition.
  
  The invoice broke down to
  Sew repair- $145
  Foot control- $79.95
  Labor fee- $190
  + tax
  
  Sam was knowledgeable and to the point.
